We’ve stayed here twice and the rooms are always clean and the staff is always super helpful and welcoming.

This may be the nicest hotel in Mountain Home and it it one of the most expensive. Overall my stay was good staff was friendly and the room was well done. For the most part I found the room quite except for a few kids running down the halls. My grips are that I was there for three days with no HBO. I called the desk each day and was told that this has been going on for several weeks. They promote their high speed internet but the reality is that dial up May be faster. Finally don’t expect to sleep past 9:00am. Housekeeping starts banging on doors and very loudly announce their presence. For the price I would have expect a little better.

One of the better Hampton’s that I have stayed at. Staff is super friendly, sometimes overly friendly in the early morning when I am groggy and getting out of bed, but that’s what makes for a good staff. Rooms are always nice and clean. The double bed rooms are a little bigger, but all rooms have a microwave and fridge. Free breakfast in the morning, hot and cold. Free cookies after 4 in the afternoon and always free coffee and nice selection of teas. Only downfall, is the WiFi is a little slow, so plug in to the LAN if you can. It does make a difference.

A new-ish Hampton that is generally quite pleasant to stay in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is fun for kids(indoor so useable year-round), and the breakfast is always ready when you need it and has a waffle maker! Two gripes — the floors are so thin, you definitely hear those above you, and we had a complaint from someone below us when we checked in late in the evening one time and had to get kids put to bed/pack-n-play set up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d think about a more substantially-built hotel. Also, it’s so expensive! I’m not sure why, but I usually have to pay over $ 100/night no matter what the ‘season’.
