You get what you pay for … First, we felt like trespassers on an old couples back porch trying to check in being attacked by dogs.(They were friendly) Second, cabins were filthy. Soap had separated, dusty blinds(that broke), cobwebs everywhere, shower head didn’t work, we had to wash all dishes before use and the pontoon boat was dirty and I didn’t want to take my shoes off. We weren’t confident that the pontoon would start up if we turned it off. Third, the view was amazing; can’t deny that! Lake was fantastic! Bring all your food because the closest spot is 35+ min from civilization. I can respect their«honor system» on ice use and such.
