La Hacienda

The food is not great. It’s ok. But the service is terrible. I’ve been multiple times and there is always a long wait to get chips and salsa, even longer to get drinks. And still longer to actually place your order and get the food. And you can pretty much forget about a drink refill unless you manage to flag down an uninterested server who happens to be walking by. The worst part is that the service is terrible whether there is 1 customer there or 100. And when you’re done eating it’s going to be at least 20 minutes before you get your check and then at least another 20 before the actually come back to take your card or cash. The few times I’ve ordered carry out, one person brought out the food and then I had to wait for someone else to ring me up. Every employee I’ve ever encountered there has acted like they are bothered by being there and they are all completely apathetic to your needs.

Good food and friendly service. The chicken dish I had was tasty but I can’t remember what it was called. Lol

The service was terrible and the food so-​so. There were 7 of us and we got our food by twos — about 10 minutes between deliveries. This was after waiting at least 20 minutes before the first food was delivered. Never was anything said to explain this or apologize for it, and they were not busy. Luckily the beer was cheap and we had a half price coupon, and we were with friends we hadn’t seen for a while, so enjoyed visiting while we waited forever.

The food was awful, the margaritas disgusting and the waitress was incredibly rude. Never again.

Friendly service. They have a pretty typical menu with your expected favorites. The margarita was a little syrupy, but not too bad. Good chips and salsa. We’ll definitely try it again.

Wonderful food and excellent service! I love the Burrito Hawaiian, it is delicious and huge! They also offer a menu that is quite unique and different than any other Mexican cuisine restaurant in the area.
