I was in a bind on a Saturday when my AC went out. I called a few places for the best quotes and who would come out right away. The ONLY place that answered me in a timely, professional manner was Julian at You & Us AC. I spoke to Julian and he informed me that he was working at a customers house but gave me a small time frame that he would be out (not the crappy between 7 – 12 or 1 – 4 time frame). He was at my house exactly as he said he would be and took care of my AC unit. He was quick, efficient and very professional. If you do need someone to come out, call these guys and ask for Julian. Thanks again Julian!
