Pioneer Shooting Center

Man oh man this place was a great experience I’ve never experienced ever!
My husband surprised me with this place for my 25^th birthday. At first I was skeptical because I’ve never held a gun before. I’ve always had a fear of guns but I decided to give it a try.
We got a Groupon for it and got some money off which was great.
When we got in, we signed waivers and safety precautions etc. We then received out glasses and ear muffs.
Some other people who were professionals were in the back shooting already and boy oh boy did I jump when I heard a gun go off in my presence for the first time. To make it worse he was shooting a loud one.
But anyway, once I got past that, our instructor, wish I remembered his name, made us feel comfortable with the guns. He made SURE that we mastered how to load, point, and shoot etc. After a while he let us shoot a couple rounds on our own.
After everything we took a picture with our targets, thanked them and left.

Had a great time here, it’s a very fun and relaxed place to learn if you’re new to shooting, and if you’re experienced it’s just a nice place to hone your skills. Caesar was excellent, very reassuring helpful and friendly, adding to the experience. We had a lot of fun and ended up staying for more time than the package we bought. The instructors pay close attention and give very helpful tips on how to improve or make corrections in your posture or sighting. Overall, great experience and well worth the time.

Staff were extremely helpful and the location was clean and safe. I needed a refresher course for shotgun and both Caesar and Artie were more than helpful. Needless to say I will be returning soon!

Took my father here for his birthday & had a wonderful experience. I’ve been to a few ranges but the instructors here are extremely knowledgable & friendly. The area is a bit shady but everything else was great. Highly recommended.

Caesar is the BEST! I’m a first timer at a shooting range but he made me feel very calm. He is very thorough in explaining the steps to load the gun, aiming and safety. Also, he assess how you do and gives you feedback to improve.
I would definitely go back!

Had a GREAT time at Pioneer Shooting Center. They were very accommodating with late night hours for my large group of 10. Ceaser was a very informative instructor and the whole gang made our experience fun. They even dealt with our Bachelorette shenanigans lol.

The shooting range entrance is a little hard to find, but once you’re in it’s great! The instructor, Cesar, was fantastic. Made everyone feel at ease. Seems like they have regular groupon deals — highly recommend!

Range is visually appealing and can accommodate calibers up to 223 rem. The range is underground below a well stocked gun store that carries a variety of firearms. And above which is a training facility all employees are professional and knowledgeable. I frequent the gun store multiple times a month.

I think I just found a new hobby and a great way of releasing #stress. The intro class was really informative and the instructor Cesar made sure everyone knew what to do once we hit the range. Safety gear is provided and you get to keep the target that you shoot at. Not to toot my own horn but I wasn’t bad at all for a first timer!!!
It was such an awesome experience and I can’t wait to go back ;)
