Best kind of camera shop around. The owner is incredibly helpful and patient. The stock is perfect and if they don’t have something in, it will be ordered. Very helpful and welcoming.

Went in to get a CF card for my 7d. The first guy I spoke to was very nice when it seemed like I was going to purchase it. Had to leave the store for a bit for something, but when I returned, the lady helping me seemed to not know what she was doing. I asked what their return policy was (as all customers have the right to ask) and was told in a terse manner, «you open it, it’s yours». They made it seem like I was trying to scam them. Typical small mom & pop shop mentality. I purchased the card anyway, but won’t be back.

In the last year I’ve purchased light stands, umbrellas and a tripod from Ken’s. I always follow up on line to see if I could have paid less. Each time I was pleasantly surprised that Ken’s Camera is extremely competitive especially when you take shipping into consideration. I also received friendly excellent advice with each purchase.

When a different company lost our order, we suddenly found ourselves in need of a rush photo printing job. I truly didn’t want to deal with long lines and parking at a larger chain, so I called Ken’s Camera from the road. I explained my situation, and without hesitation, the owner told me not to worry, and that he would take care of us.
I emailed him the photo from my cell phone, and by the time I arrived at his store, my print job was waiting for me. Crisp, clear, affordable, and FAST! I am so thrilled to have this local family run business, where customers can reach someone quickly, and get such great service. It is so rare these days, and so very much appreciated.
