Horrible customer service. Staff is rude. Take your business elsewhere. They act like they are doing you a favor making your sandwich. Customer service is the key to any successful business and they clearly have never heard of that. You have a order that is a little complex be prepared to be looked at like your a alien and insulted in a foreign language from the employees. I have seen it deter over the years. They had a large market share for the longest time but luckily one just opened in Randhurst. I can not see them having there doors open for much longer.

Nothing really worth noting… its your usual subway. Maybe its just me, but seems like Subway, in general, and not just this place, has a pretty confusing menu. They sort things by price, and not by category. Or maybe a simpleton like me can’t figure it out. I never said I was smart. Anywho, sandwich was OK. One thing I wish the owners/workers didn’t do was talk amongst themselves in their native language and look at me in the process. Call me paranoid, but seems a little bit rude.

NOTFRESH– STAYAWAY! This is one of the worst Subway stores I have ever been to. They have no customer service, the employees really would prefer that you go somewhere else rather than bother them with a food purchase. They even argue with customers if they dare to complain about anything. Most of the time the sandwich bread is stale, they are stingy with the toppings, the vegetables are not refilled and the little bit that is there does not look fresh. Go to Salernos or Photos(in the same strip mall) or head to the Subway in Randhurst Village. There are good reasons why this store is always empty, help keep it that way!

I love subway. This is by far the worst subway i have ever been to. They took about 20min to make 3 sandwiches. The sandwiches all were made on different kinds of bread and when we got them home all of them were stale. I called them to tell them not looking for a refund, just letting them know that they should use some fresher bread. Instead of apologizing they said i was lying to him. He then invited me to come back to the store and touch all the bread to ensure quality. I don’t know what he would have done if i took him up on that offer. I hope he wouldn’t have let me touch other peoples bread. In the future I’ll drive an extra 5 min to the next subway.

Seriously, Subway? You can go there if you want to, but really. When I’m hungry and don’t want to spend too much money, I’ll go, but you gotta be desperate. I admit it, the baking bread smells really good, but besides that there’s nothing to like about this place. The smell of the bread is the only good thing about it, it’s like if wonderbread had a line of sub sandwich rolls. Their meats and cheese are shitty, and the amounts per sandwich minuscule. The sandwiches are crafted with no care and are often uneven with unbalanced toppings. Also, there is only one person making sandwiches at a time, so it takes like 5 whole minutes for them to make it. And lastly, microwaved Campbell’s soup, really? You may as well not serve soup at all.

My kids complain about this place and now I know why. The place was really messy and the sandwich maker was flummoxed when I asked him to clean down the food prep area.

Consistently good service. When I order the 6″ meatball sub they give me four meatballs and extra marinara! Most places only give 3. I like to have them toast it with the cheese on top. Try it with less sauce, at times it tends to get too sloppy. But. look at the menu and make your decision. some employees there, don’t offer you info on whats the best deal. I.E. a sub and a drink can sometimes run close in price to a combo. so, might as well combo it. Any combo is +$ 2. I think. Don’t forget, Subway’s got daily deals. This location also takes fax orders.
