The best Korean restaurant so far in central florida. very similar to chow from Nyc chicago la.
Wait staff are all pros know the dishes and service is pretty fast
Highly recommend the kalbi water noodles and twanging soup
I usually eat Korean in every city that offers it and shin Jung is not that far from the top

This is another Korean restaurant I went to that self-​imposed an 18% gratuity, even the menu said it will only do it for 6 or more persons.
That was back in 2006, and I stopped going there afterwards.

Best kal bee buffet ever. Too bad it doesn’t exist anymore. Its called Dae Jang Kum and its not a buffet anymore. This happened earlier this year. I tried it anyway just to check it out since Shin Jung was so good. Just as I was afraid of, the food was just okay Korean food. So if you want okay but not good Korean food, then check this spot out.
