Salon 710

Love this place! I’ve gone here for my past 5 haircuts or so. They also do an awesome job at blowouts; I always get compliments when I get one for an event! They always do a great job and all of the ladies who work here are super friendly and professional!

Recently went to 710 for the first time. I have not been to some place new in years because I worry they will mess up my color. Kayla was my stylist and she was amazing. Had a great conversation first about what I wanted. She was very open to hearing my ideas but added her professional opinion when needed. My color and cut turned out great. The only thing I plan to talk about next time is trying to get my highlight a little closer to my roots. Other than that I had a great experience and have received several compliments!

Been here twice and love it… got color and cut. Lisa was able to help me choose great color for highlights that wouldn’t require too much maintenance (lasted 2 months easily) and gave me a great cut.

I was looking around for a new salon with prices that wouldn’t break my bank. So glad I found this via Groupon. I was a bit apprehensive at first but Kirsten (my stylist) put me at ease immediately, I could tell she knew what she was doing. I will def keep going back!

cut /​color /​highlights with Kirsten — she’s so nice and so professional. She helped me greatly since my hair was a real mess of box colors and split ends.

Kayla was amazing. I came in wanting a change but very little idea what I actually wanted. I gave Kayla a few ideas and she was able to exceed my expections. She was very perfessional and quick. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an affordable hair cut by a highly trained professional!

I’ve been going to Salon 710 for about a year now. I was relatively new to the Northwest Suburbs, and I was having a lot of difficulties finding somebody that could manage my color-​resistant grays (this was going to be my third try). I stopped in the salon, and after a lengthy discussion with Kayla about my concerns and discussing their color line, I made an appointment and kept my fingers crossed.
To say that I am happy is an understatement. Trust me, I am extremely critical when it comes to color coverage, and I have yet to leave there feeling unsatisfied with either my color (every 4 weeks) or my cut (every 8 – 12 weeks).
As for the service, everybody, and I mean everybody there is so nice. Even the customers are nice, and I find myself usually striking up a conversation with somebody because of the intimate and engaging atmosphere.
If you are in this area and looking for a salon with quality products and stylists, then I highly recommend stopping in at Salon 710.

I came here because I’ve been salon hopping trying to find a good down to earth salon. I happened to find it on groupon as well sweet! I couldn’t be happier with this salon! Lexi is amazing, fast and great at color! This is a very comfortable none snobby salon, parking is great and prices are the best I’ve seen in a while!

I’ve had a cut & color done by both Lexi and Kayla — they are both amazing stylists! You really can’t go wrong at this salon. They are very organized, accommodating, and respectful in addition to being very talented. I have never been to a salon where I have felt more at ease and have been consistently delighted with the results. On top of that, the prices are competitive and well worth the outcome. I very highly recommend Salon 710!

This is by far the best salon in the northwest suburbs! I have been sooOooo pleased with the results EvEry time I’ve had my hair highlighted and cut and styled! The prices are extremely reasonable for the expertise of the stylists! If you go anywhere else, give this salon just one try and you’ll definitely be surprised at what you’ve been missing out on! Kayla, Lexie and Lisa are amazing! Cute place, too!

Got a groupon and went it. It is total worth for your money. I liked my stylist Kayla.

This place is such a great find! Kayla gave me a haircut and full highlights. She is sooooo sweet and really listened to how I wanted he highlights to look, which is not always the case with my experience. Prices are so reasonable here, too, that it’s worth the hike for me since I live in the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great highlights for an ever better price! I will be back for sure.

I went there with a groupon. I have started to get gray hair and don’t want to color it forever but it looks weird! Kayla highlighted my hair and it is perfect. My gray is not even noticeable! I also have very curly hair. She did a great job of not cutting it too short since it has the «spring factor». I will be back!

I bought the groupon for full highlights, treat ment, and hair cut. I saw Kayla, she’s a very nice lady. My haircut was barely anything (I did say I wanted as less as possible) but I ment to still accomplish all my bad ends. As for the color, I stressed I wanted my roots to be taken care of, which my hair looks the exact same as it did when I went, only difference is my bangs are heavily highlighted. I’m upset because there original prices are reasonable, but I found the reason for that.

I bought a Groupon for a cut, full highlights and deep conditioning. I did get the cut and full highlights but she forgot to do my deep conditioning. She acknowledged this and told me to return to get it done. I’d like to go back but it’s a little far for me so I don’t think I will. The highlights were not like I asked (even after I showed a picture) they were much darker than what I hoped. However, the kindness of the staff makes this place get 5 Stars because they were so sweet and caring about my needs. I would go again though, even if my color was not perfect. I like them enough to give it another shot. They also sell scarves, bags and jewelry which is cute because I love to look at things while I wait for my color to process. I know they’re relatively new so maybe they will get better with time. The owner was not there the day I went so I just got to meet the two other girls, but they were fantastic. I would def give this place a go– especially if you’re doing something for the first time since they’re so careful to be attentive to your needs. They even have a cute coffee bar area which is really nice. Definitely worth going to!

This a great salon with talented and friendly staff. Owner is committed to delivering a quality product at a good price. I found this place on groupon but the regular prices are so reasonable I will be returning as a regular customer.

This place is cool. Newly opened, I like the way they decorated the place (not too done up, artistic flair seen throughout) and it’s comfortable to be in. They have great earrings and necklaces and scarves that you can buy and not expensive at all! Loved that. I had a groupon for a cut, highlight, and conditioning treatment. She added a few colored low lights for no additional money which really blew me away! Usually it’s extra. I think the girl who did my hair was Lexi, she was sweet and didnt do a bad job. She worked very quickly which I appreciated, but after I left I noticed the highlights were a little orangey and I usually like blond. I think they needed to develop longer or be toned. Also she didn’t do the conditioning treatment I paid for!!! Those two things made the experience less than amazing, but I might think about going back because great prices and the women are friendly and genuine.

So my 22 year old son decided to get a college graduation haircut.
Doesn’t sound like a huge issue– but it was. This haircut would mark the end of his long hair hippie college years and the beginning of a new adult life.
AND — oh by the way– he had NEVER had a haircut in his whole entire life that he didn’t hate.
I didn’t even give Lisa a heads up (why stress her out?) and hoped for the best.
And you know what?
He came out of the shop with EXACTLY the perfect cut. And he LIKED it! He actually
LIKED it!
Not to mention the fact that this little unassuming salon does a fantastic job on ladies cuts. They know how to make short hair cuts cute AND feminine!
