One of my favorite thai places. And they don’t mind catering to my allergies by leaving out certain veggies/spices. The prices are good, and the food is always tasty.

There is a sign outside the restaurant: UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT. The name has been changed to «YUPINTHAIKITCHEN». We ordered take out. Our usual pad thai and pad see eiw. The food was not good. Barely any sauce on the pad thai. Both dishes were bland. Sorry, Yupin Thai Kitchen. This will be our first and last encounter.

I have to agree with the masses with a 4⁄5 stars. We had a fairly large order(6 adults) which was ready fairly quickly(15 min). We ordered everything from shrimp fried rice to panang curry to pad see ewe. Unfortunately, they missed our order of rangoons and rice which I only discovered once I was already home. The hubby went back to pick up the missing items and the owners were nice enough to throw in some eggrolls. Although the missing items were annoying enough to give them a mixed review, they really redeemed themselves with the customer service AND, more importantly, their food was yummy!

Meh, I’ve had better. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not what I’m used to when it comes to Thai food. I wish there was more sauce in the dish. It was very dry.

Food is delicious!!! I am addicted to their chicken pad-ke-mao. Prices are high but man oh man their ingredients are fresh!

After driving around in rush hour and facing a rumbling belly, I was vying for some Thai. I could picture it as I sat in my car… big peanutty flavors in a fatty pad thai accompanied by an order of fresh spring rolls. It had to happen. Thankfully, the Unilocal app came to the rescue and I made a swift call to Little Bangkok. In a speedy 15 minutes, my eats were ready for pick up… and here’s how it went: Pad Thai: 4⁄5: It definitely satisfied my peanutty cravings. Tender chicken, nicely cooked noodles and generous portions. Exactly what I was looking for in a pad thai. My only issue? I asked for medium spice and it was super mild. Good thing they included the chili sauce as a side. Maybe next time I’ll ask them to made it spicy hot. Spring Rolls: 3⁄5: A bit bland, even with the sauce, but fresh overall. The rolls were a nice juxtaposition to the pad thai. Price: 3.5÷5: $ 14 and chance for those two items, quickly made and served hot and fresh. Works for me! Location: GPS was not my friend in this particular instance, so I had to call to locate the exact strip mall location. For those like me who are directionally challenged, Little Bangkok is in Plaza United. That’s the plaza with the big olé Rosati’s in the corner slot. The ambiance is pretty basic, but if you’re craving some straightforward Thai eats, check out Lilttle Bangkok!

This place is absolutely awesome! I would never thought that a dinky little plaza could have such a great restaurant. When you park the car you might wonder if you should just turn around and go to MCDS around the corner BUT as soon as you walk in, you will change your mind. The place is very nice, clean with modern touch to it. It’s pretty small and during lunch hour it gets busy. The menu has all the Thai usuals… but let me tell you… it tastes 1890732487832681 times better than most Thai places i’ve been to! I’ve tried shrimp, chicken, beef and noodles… everything is flavorful and fresh. My mouth is watering as I am typing this… MUST go again soon: D

We usually dine here in the evening and it’s usually just us and maybe another table. I think they do must do most of their business at lunch and as carryout. We enjoyed the panang curry. We also had a beef salad, which was good, but not as good this time as other times we had it here. Service is friendly.

We have eaten at EVERY Thai restaurant within 20 miles of our house, and this is THEBEST!!! We eat here as much as possible and LOVE their yellow curry and rama noodle. If you’re looking for GREAT Thai Food with a friendly staff and owner, this is the best place ever!

Last time we went here the curry wasn’t that great but it was still okay for how close it is to our house. The smaller portions for the price leads me to only 3 stars. I wish I liked it here as much as before — we will give it another try.

No air condition. Don’t suffer through the 90 degree heat inside to get fair Thai food. Maybe ok place in the winter IF they use heating.

While the egg roll was greasy, the Mongolian beef and the chicken with basil were excellent. spicy really means spicy, which is great. we were very pleased with our meal and the service.

After trying Little Bangkok both dining in and for carryout, I can definitely say they offer fast service. It may be so fast because the place is usually pretty empty, which is a shame. While my husband said his satay chicken was just so-so, I love the way they make rama noodles here. The edges of the noodles are just a little crispy, while the centers are thick and soft. The pad woon sen is also served as a generous portion with plenty of fresh-tasting veggies. I’ve never had trouble parking here, and the menu is pretty comprehensive. If you like spicy food, make a note to tell the server when you order – once I ordered a spicy dish here and it only had a little kick. Like many local Thai restaurants, the more«authentic» specials featuring duck or fish cost more than most other menu items.

Don’t bother going to any other Thai places in the area. By far the best Thai I’ve eaten in Mt Prospect. Price is not bad, and the lunch specials are perfect portions. Had to bring it down a notch because the service could be better

Came here for lunch with coworkers. The green curry was really good, as was thai fried rice and some other things my coworkers ordered. They’ve all been there before me, and said every dish they’ve had has been good. Brown rice is extra though, sad face, but in most places except P.F. Chang’s(i know i know… bad comparison) it’s always extra. The lunch specials come with a salad and soup sometimes too, but it varies day to day, as it’s a «chef selection» appetizer. Soup was just ok. Still, the food and service was overall very good. Will be back.

Great red curry and spicy fried rice. The spring rolls were delicious too. A little expensive considering the smaller portions, but well worth it.

This place is extremely underrated. It doesn’t have the primary locations but definitely worth a drive. I dined here once and had to go another. Both times were excellent. I just want to say that their soups are very flavorful and priced reasonably. I really enjoyed their chicken curry and pad see ew as well as few other dishes. You will enjoy for sure.

I LOVE the food, service and from many Thai places I have been to in the city and burbs this is one of the best ones. The service is always courteous, fast and friendly. The food served hot and fresh and looks better since they remodeled.

I would actually give them 3.5 for the food, but the service was very friendly. I was new to the area and called them at closing time, they said they could still make the food AND deliver it to the hotel for a $ 2 fee :) Tried holy basil chicken and phad thai w/shrimp. both were pretty flavorful and good quality ingredients. note, I originally found their number on Unilocal under the old name«Saded Thai». I don’t know if they changed owners, but the old reviews were good too.

Big fan of their«Blazing shrimp and scallop» ! Just the right amount of spicy and salty and perfectly cooked. They serve all the standard Thai favorites and a $ 7.95 lunch menu. Great selection in their own Lil’ Bangkok specialties, love every one of them!!! Beautiful room, but not crazy about the blasting top 40 music. Note to people with food sensitivities, they not very savvy/informed about it, so make sure to be VERY clear with your requests.
