I really like Joseph John. girl at the Solon by the name of Paulina shampoo my hair and introduced me to the entire staff. she was very entertaining and professional it’s shocking how one person can make such a difference. I recommend this place to everybody including my family and neighbors. Thank you so much Paulina!

Stylist was Kristin. Both she & front desk gal were very nice. We did a highlight & tint to my hair. So 2 colors. Trim of bangs. Hair washed, dried & styled. No cut. $ 145. Long hair. Kristin was informative & had suggestions. Which is great because i dont know much about hair. Parking in front, easy, free. I’m very happy w my color! TAKE CASH FOR TIPS !!!

I found my forever salon. I am so happy to find Diane. She asks me what I want and does that. Sometimes I need suggestions and she knows what will work for my hair and face. I always walk out feeling and looking great. This salon is upbeat and cozy too.
I am in my late sixties and see woman in their twenties to eighties at this salon.

Had a great first experience! Tried out this salon because it was recommended to me from a coworker, absolutely loved how my hair turned out! Went in for highlights. They really listen to what you want and unlike most places when you tell them to only cut off an inch that’s ALL they will do! The whole staff is great & the vibes are even better! Looks like a lot of regulars which is always a good sign :)

Obsessed with my stylist, Lisa. She gives the best cuts ever! She really listens to what you want and is great at giving suggestions of what would work best for you. Also, her product knowledge is amazing. Every product she has recommended has been such a perfect fit for me. Love her!

I’ve never been unhappy with any of the services I have received here over the years. I moved from the city and it took me awhile to find an Aveda concept salon closer to me. I appreciate that I can use the same stylist for a color and a cut. It’s a very professional atmosphere but everyone is still down to earth and friendly.
I have a hard time committing to an appt far in advance but am always able to find an appt at least for a trim in between services,

LOVE my stylist Mary H at this salon. I always get compliments on my color… she has such attention to detail. She works quickly, and is friendly without getting distracted by talking. She listens to what I’d like my hair to look like, but gives good guidance on what will look best for my face shape and skin tone. She cuts my kids’ hair too, and is even able to work with my slightly squirmy 5-​year-​old. Can’t go wrong with her!

I’ve been going here for years and all the girls couldn’t be nicer!
Everyone is very professional but fun at the same time. They really go out of your way to make you feel great and look great!
I also took my 3 year old for her first hair cut and they were all so great at making her feel comfortable.
My entire wedding party had their hair and makeup done here. They had a stylist to meet every personality.

I won’t return after being burned on my neck from a perm. Afterward I realized they should have replaced the solution soaked cotton with new. I called to tell them what happened and they didn’t even apologize. Will never return.

Love this place. Just moved out to the burbs and had been to a few other salons with not good experiences. From the second I walked in they were all attentive and helpful. Got an amazing hair cut, then came back for a color and loved them both. They really know what they are doing! Won’t be going anywhere else

I love it here and probably won’t go anywhere else for a long time. I’ve been going to Joseph John for about, 10 years now and have always stuck with Kerri. She is amazing! I’ve been bleach blonde, dark brown, and now red and have always left satisfied and happy! The staff is always friendly and will help you with any questions you have. It is a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying as much because I know the products are better for my hair and Kerri knows what she’s doing! Try this place out!

I’ve never been to this salon but my only experience with them will ensure I wont in the future either. Talk about rude phone service! Called to make an initial appointment and whatever guy that answered the phone was just beyond rude, passed me on to another woman without as much as an explanation and she wasnt much more helpful in either finding a time that worked nor asking about what
I was looking for. First impressions mattee, guys. Work on your customer service!

Joseph John Salon has such a wonderful atmosphere and and great service! I have seen Kelly now for some time now. She is such a wonderful listener and I feel like she heard exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and she did it! I left very satisfied with my look and I had such a great time. Joseph John Salon has a fun, relaxed environment with great stylists. I’ve been going to Mary for seven years and always had a great experience at the salon and many compliments on my cut outside of the salon. For a great cut and style at a reasonable price in a fun environment head here!

This is an Aveda concept salon. I have been going there basically ever since I moved to Chicagoland (after one mistake somewhere else) and I love this place! It’s not too foo-​foo or stuffy but very nice and the staff is wonderful! When my original hairdresser left, I started going to Kristen and I highly recommend her! She is so fun and so are the rest of the girls there.
