Went to Walmart, target, and a few other places first. Ended up buying 2 bags here. I was skeptical and thought I would pay more. It worked out I paid about 50 bucks more but got lighter bags so I can fit more clothes. Also with a salesman helping you it is way quicker than calculating linear dimensions yourself. Totally worth the time and money. Thank you for the help howard

Did a beautiful and speedy job of repairing my 4 year old Samsonite suitcase for $ 40 and because part of the repair was under warranty they were able to ship it back to me when the repair was complete; which was a sweet bonus, as I live in Chicagoland area. Everyone was super pleasant and got the job done! Thanks ya’ll.

I recently took my briefcase in for for some major repairs. The case was an expensive one purchased in Italy several years ago. The repairs took a few weeks to complete but done with perfection. I was hoping not to be disappointed but ended up being even more pleased than expected. These people do very, very good work. I would recommend them to even the most discriminating of customers. Irv’s Luggage in Mt. Prospect, IL is the service agent for United Airlines damaged baggage. On a recent trip on United we had our large hard sided Heys bag broken around the wheel. We filed a claim with United agent when we got to destination, they wrote the claim up gave us the report and when we returned to Chicago went to damage claim area and they took the bag sent to Irv’s for evaluation on Wed. On Friday(same week) UPS pulls up to our house with a brand new Delsey hard sided bag and personal note from repair mgr Pete Silverman saying this was in replacement of our Heys bag as it could not be repaired. and that the Delsey is a much better bag, which I would also agree with. Service could not have been faster, easier and we are happy with our replacement bag. So kudos to both United Airlines and Irv’s Luggage.
