On a holiday weekend my dog severed an artery in a bizarre accident. Against all odds (with a massively bleeding dog) we made it to Trilakes Vet Clinic and Dr. Cranmore was able to save her life. It was a grim situation, but she acted swiftly and with great expertise. She then kept her in the clinic for two days monitoring her status frequently, again, on a holiday weekend!
Dr Cranmore and her staff are all top notch. It was a team effort with an end result that left me with the most beautiful, bouncing and healthy Mastiff puppy. I am so grateful and highly recommend them to all.

We love Dr. Cranmore, Liz & team, including Shortie! They are a wonderful, caring, loving & professional vet clinic as well as boarding facility. We feel so comfortable when we go there or need to board our dogs, Tilly & Bella. One of our dogs loves to go in the car but gets very stressed. Dr. Cranmore gave our sweetie girl, Tilly, Rescue Remedy and it helped tremdously. We went back and bought some from them. I highly recommend Tri-Lakes Vet Clinic for all of your pet needs.

This woman used to be my go to vet until she performed unnecessary, non-emergency procedures(duplicate shots!) on my dog without discussing it with me or calling me first! Sadly we got the impression she had become more interested in money than in the well being of our pet. She made a mistake and wouldn’t admit it!
