This place has improved a lot. The people who worked there were very friendly! Our food was done in less than a minute and it was delicious! Every part of the meal was amazing and fantastic! This place seems small, but it delivers great food! I totally recommend this place and you should definitely try this out!

I was in on Saturday since I was in the neighborhood, I usually have them deliver and have never had a complaint. Well while waiting at the counter 3 young men that weren’t doing anything were making monkey sounds to each other while I’m standing there, Finally a young lady that was making sandwiches with 2 other women and 1 young curly headed boy asked me if I wanted to place an order and called one of the chimps over to assist me. I gave him my order twice that I wanted the multi-​grain bread. well chimp #2 whipped up a sandwich with the wrong bread. The young lady got the order right, so I went to go sit down and noticed some crumpled napkins on the floor and the table I sat down at was filthy with soda rings and drippings and some lettuce. I wiped it off myself and sat down to eat. The curly headed boy making sandwiches starting spraying chimp #2 with a spray bottle as I ate my sandwich. In the mean time chimp #3 walked past the garbage on the floor twice in addition to 3 other employees walking past the garbage on the floor. Have enjoyed your sandwiches but will no longer eat there or order for delivery. Very disappointed and disgusted!

Probably one of the worst Jimmy Johns. I was in the Racine area for the day and I will not be going back to this location. Ordered a #2 and half the beef was missing so the sub was mostly bread. The beef was also chewy. The tomatoes where the tiny little shriveled ends. I’m a fan of JJ. Just not this one.
