Hey Unilocal. When the owner of this business complains that I’ve left a review for the wrong location, don’t email me — let me be very clear. This is the correct location. It’s by the aloft hotel, which is 558 Fellowship Road. The OTHER Starbucks location is off of Rt 73. That I start my review like this should tell you something. This location has attitude, and not in a good way. I spend a week a month in Mount Laurel, and this is the only drive thru Starbucks nearby. So I go here. I try to have patience; it’s a busy location, it’s a crappy location in the parking lot — like other reviewers have noted, the angle at which you enter the short drive thru line cuts into the exit for the very small parking lot(which forces us into the drive thru line in the first place) — and each morning, there’s inevitably someone blaring their horn at some inconsiderate behaviour due to the Starbucks location. In any event. Let’s get into the Starbucks location itself. I come to Starbucks usually twice a day. That’s 10 times in a week, one a month, for the last 6 months. I’ve probably had good service — not great, but good — twice. Seriously. And it’s not like my bar for good service is high… You know, I’d LIKE to have a «hello» or even a «hello, how are you today? How many I help you?» or hell, even a «How may I help you today?» and then of course, as you’re taking my hard earned dollars out of my hand, a «thank you», or a «thank you, that’ll be $ 7.80». That’s what I’d LIKE to hear. But customer service has no typical shred of manners in the US it seems, and mostly, I just expect a somewhat pleasant«what do you want», and«$ 7.80» when I reach the microphone box or window. This location though, has several times had me calm my inner child and put aside notions of parking my car and walking inside to slap the lady who was so incredibly rude to me, or worse, wait for her to get off of work. Of course, we would never SAY these things out loud or do them(I’d hope none of us would!) — but I’ve had such crappy service at this location that these thoughts crossed my mind. Seriously. As of December 2015, there are 2 younger girls working the line who are just incredibly out of line. «What do you want? Oh, you want it DOUBLETOASTED? That’ll be a 10 minute wait. Oh it’s not right? You must not have told us you wanted it double toasted.» WTF? It’s at the point where I don’t leave the drive thru line anymore until I check my food order or sample my beverage — because it’s often just not right. I dunno about you all, but I don’t want to pay $ 5.95 for a double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich that has what appears to be raw, but warm, but raw bacon on it. When I order a non fat latte, give me non fat. This location seems to go out of their way to use WHOLE milk in non fat orders. When I order a gingerbread latte, and Starbucks is running the sticker program through Dec 24, give me the damn sticker. I don’t want to have to ask for it, but worse, when I ask, you give me attitude and grief because you have to stop and get it. Seriously? It always leaves me baffled when Starbucks employees are miffed that they didn’t get a tip. I’m sorry. I ran a coffee shop. I WORKED for my tips. I gave good SERVICE for my tips. If I had a crappy day, I had crappy tips — and as with most things in life, you reap what you sow. I’m sorry, but I won’t tip you for being rude and sometimes disrespectful to me. You don’t know me. What makes you think you’re entitled to my cash? And so, my New Years Resolution is probably one you saw coming a mile away. Screw this location. I think the best way to let THIS business know there’s a problem is to stop giving them my business, and stop taking their crap. Drive down to the other Starbucks. it’s 5 minutes, which you’ll gladly trade off in the wait in the parking lot or drive thru line anyhow — there’ll be more locals, which is always nice(I love when you walk into a Starbucks and the staff say«Hi Bob! The usual?») and you’ll go along your merry way.

Average Starbucks. I have been through the drive thru and inside many times. Parking lot is always full and sometimes I have to park in the neighboring hotels lot. The employees are friendly, however there are always new people here. Accuracy of the orders are sacrificed because they are always training new people. I am pretty leinient on my scoring because of that. I am not reviewing Starbucks products on this review because i have done so in others. Their products taste the same as every other one around.

I waited behind one customer for a long time before I gave up and left. The staff is slow and are also a little obnoxious with how loud they are. The interior was reasonably clean though.

At times this location is or hit or miss. The parking is terrible and the angle to pull in and out, especially to go through Drive-Thru is awful. Not well constructed at all. I had my drink made wrong a few times, but I ensure to taste before I leave. They live up to the Starbucks promise and remade my drinks, no questions asked. This is the only Starbucks around this area so it is bound to get packed from the highways, corporate employees, hotels, etc.

Staff was friendly quick and knowledgeable, the place it self was very clean and well taken care of. They had 5 people working so quick is actually an understatement and the my gf and her sister loved their complicated confusing Starbucks drinks so 5 stars will probably be forced to come here again but all and all great experience.

This is one of the worst Starbuck’s I’ve been to. I work down the street so my co-worker and I have made a few trips here in the middle of the day to refuel. Each time we did the drive thru(a few different weeks). The drive thru took forever which isn’t a big deal, but it’s a negative to start. Then– they didn’t have any of the food items we asked for. No bacon egg and cheese? No cheese croissant? No ham and cheese? What the heck! Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to step up their game. Only good thing was the drinks were made correctly. thank god. because it was a plain coffee and hot chocolate. We try to avoid this one from now on.

We’ve been on the road for hours. We pull over to get coffee from Starbucks. The sign on the door says they are closing at 5pm due to the weather. It’s now 4:40 and they locked the doors and did not allow us entry to use the restroom and told us to go thru the drive thru for coffee. Great customers service Starbucks!!!

Stopped here to get some coffee real quick. I was happy they had a drive through. The guy at the drive through made my day with his sense of humor.

Place had 3 customers in there and it still took 20 minutes to get my drink which was terrible. They had 5 people working but only 2 seemed to be doing anything. Very poorly managed location. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location… but it will be the last as I will not be returning. There is a Dunkin donuts right down the street.

The employees seem to enjoy working here. The location is right of of route 73. Not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. I was in and out in no time!!!

Standard Starbucks like everyone says. The wifi, however, is atrocious. Had to backtrack to Aloft where I was staying just to check email.

Really new Starbucks — drinks were made well, order taken quickly and correctly. There is also a drive-through. Big windows allow for lots of natural light to come in. Big tables to do work on, and several executive looking chairs that probably belong in a hotel lobby more than a Starbucks, but that’s okay. I wish they’d put a trash can next to where you pick your drinks up. I wanted to toss my receipt and straw paper, but had to wait to get to the trash can by the milks and sugars across the way. That was the only trash I saw. Overall, very nice location. Also right next door to the Greyhound station which is very nice.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Camden county/Burlington county area. The staff is always friendly and fast, even at 5:30 am. They always get my order right and will even throw in things like extra butter for my baked goods at no extra cost.

Worst place ever. I normally go to the Starbucks on Chapel and Haddonfield Road. They have great service and exceptionally clean even while under some renovation. The one at this location is dirty and inefficient every time I go. Today will be the last time. There are about 7 people working and yet the line seems to never go down. After waiting for 15 – 20 literal minutes, the girl finally takes my order and walks away half way through my order and comes back. Then I’m back to waiting another 10 minutes for my coffee to be made. When they are done I walk up after hearing my coffee order, they put it on a dirty wet countertop, no straw to be found. I go to pick it up and coffee is dripping from my cup. Unknowingly, its dripping all over my dress. I am absolutely displeased with the service. I understand that it can get busy but this is unacceptable and too many people behind the counter doing nothing. Training really is needed even especially if the location is new as this one is. Ill continue to be a customer, just not at the Mt. Laurel location. Neither will I ever suggest it to anyone else.

The staff was obnoxious. Every time I come in here they are extremely loud and have no regard for any of their customers. I do not feel like listening to the staff sing. It seems as if they have no managers on duty. It’s unprofessional. Very annoying to try to concentrate while the employees are yelling at the top of their lungs. If it were other customers being loud around me I would understand. But the staff…

I went to Starbucks today and I didn’t get a coffee drink of any variety. Rather, I got some lime refresher type drink. It had a faint taste of mint in it and reminded me of a mojito(sans alcohol, of course). Service was great. Wifi, of course, is always awesome. This location has a drive-thru, outdoor seating and ample indoor seating.

Drive thru! So convenient ;) This location opened up just a couple months ago, and though it is STILL on the wrong side of the road for my morning commute, it has a drive thru and was definitely needed in this area. I’m glad to see a Starbucks in this area and I’m sure the hotels right there are more than happy to have it as an amenity for their customers! There is some outdoor seating here as well.

Last time I stayed in this area for work(October 2011) this Starbucks wasn’t here, so I was pretty damn happy to see it when I arrived yesterday. The drive-thru was full this morning at 9, but they moved the line quickly and the barista working the window was super friendly. I’m a big fan of friendly baristas.
