This is my favorite Phở restaurant hands down. The service is professional and the restaurant is very clean. The food is beyond fresh and you receive plenty of portions. You can easily take business clients here or friends and family. No one will be disappointed! My favorite is Phở #24 w/extra meat!!! Just add some peppers, bean sprouts and lime and you’ll simply amazed when comparing to your previous Phở eat outs! This is the real deal — enjoy!!!

We eat here 20 or 30 times a year. Number 30 with pork is absolutely our favorite. We often get takeout which is very good, but the big advantage of eating in the restaurant is the phở comes out super hot. The facility itself is a little bit small, but it is reminiscent of an Asian noodle house with quick and efficient service and that is all I’m looking for in addition to my tasty and savory phở. If you have never had phở, it is one of the tastiest noodle soups you will ever have. Just give it a try!

This is my go-to spot whenever I’m in town visiting the parents. Inexpensive for large portions of fresh, quality food. Vegetable Phở is my favorite. Also enjoy the spring rolls and spicy pineapple fried rice. My bestie and I love it cause it’s BYOB and phở hits the spot on a cold winter afternoon.

Excellent service and food. The atmosphere was perfect for a quiet romantic evening. I will definitely visit again and again and again.

Back in town for the new year from Texas and stopped in for some Phở with my daughter and mother(first time phở for her). Service was attentive, place was clean and the Phở was tasty. Two chicken phở and one rare steak phở and the three of us were very happy. The spring rolls were very good as well.

They gave us plastic cups. Everyone else had miss-matched glasses. We then were given warm tea. Not hot, warm tea. There two things above are fundamentals. The food came and was ok. They were separating silverware on the table behind us. It was very loud and not a dining experience anyone should have. This place has increased their prices and the little things that want to make you comeback just aren’t there.

Pro: Great place! I’m usually leery of restaurants located in strips malls or near large retail outlets. Maybe I’ve been jaded a bit, but such establishments seem to thrive more on their location than on their product. However, Phở Xinh was a pleasant surprise. Their Phở Dac Biet was hearty and meaty, while their Pad Thai(yes, there’s Thai food at a Phở place) was nothing short of stellar! Good eats! Con: I visited the place near dinner time in the midst of the Christmas shopping rush. It felt like I had to park in Canada… Bottom Line: It’s a win. I will visit again… during a slower season.

Very good! My sister and I went since we were craving Phở, It was her first time and she love it as did I! We were seated a few minutes after arriving, looked over the menu, ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls and got them within minutes. Very delicious, even my sister enjoyed them and she’s not big on shrimp. Phở was better than expected and we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for our food so I give it a 5 star! Great friendly staff had to give my compliments to the chef! By the time we left there were people outside waiting to get seated.

Surprisingly good food and a rare find as I travel to NJ for vacation. The restaurant is located in a large strip plaza and thanks to my fellow Unilocalers I am able to eat at this restaurant instead of the typical fast food chain. The deluxe phở comes in a decent size with abundant of meats. The spring rolls were very tasty. The food is comparable to ones in NYC if not better.

Absolutely terrible. From the food down to the slow service. The chicken wasn’t even marinated and tasted old and dried out. Summer rolls were wrapped in cheap supplies. Can’t even imagine for the love of God how this place was actually busy on a Sunday. I guess there are a lot of dumb people out there that don’t know how good food is supposed to taste. Waste of time and money, never again !!

I went to Phở Xinh for lunch and ordered chicken w/broccoli in garlic sauce which came with white rice and it tasted pretty good. The whole place has a nice setting and perfect for some lunch to get out of the office with your coworkers. As for the staff, they were really friendly and attentive. One of my colleagues changed her mind of the soup she had ordered after it had arrived(she realized she had ordered the wrong soup) and asked the waitress if she could change it and she was very accommodating and switched it. Overall, the food was good and the staff was quick and attentive.

You can’t go wrong with the Phở bowl. I always get the Deluxe(tendon, tripe, beef ball brisket) or chicken bowl. Amazing and quick service. Expect to pay between $ 9.00−12.00 total.

We eat here all the time. It’s our go-to place for a great meal. The food comes out fast and in the winter you are even served a pot of hot tea. We usually BYOB but traditional drinks like milk tea and bubble tea as well as soft drinks are available on the menu. We love the soups but often try other things as well. The coconut, lemongrass and curry soups come out deliciously spicy while you can add your own kick to the noodle soups with the tray of condiments on each table. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable and the service is wonderful. What more can you ask for?

Small gem in a strip mall. The food is authentic Vietnamese style with very fresh ingredients and very tasty. Try one of the various style soup bowls. Good stop for lunch or dinner.

Friendly and fast service. Restaurant is clean with about 10 – 12 tables. Only one restroom. We’ve been to this place twice now(hubby’s been here 3 times) since it’s located right next to Costco and Target. The first time we were here, it wasn’t all that great because the dish that my hubby ordered wasn’t the traditional Vietnamese noodle dish you would find at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant(Bun Bo Hue). The bun bo hue here is basically beef phở with chili and lemongrass sauce added to the broth. Last time hubby came to eat by himself and he ordered the beef phở and said the meat and broth were both spectacular. For our visit on Saturday, we ordered: Chicken phở — white meat chicken, good amount of noodles, well balanced broth. The phở was served with iceberg lettuce which is unusual for phở. Vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll — I had this dish placed in a bowl for easier eating. The meat was seasoned well and lean without a lot of fat. I was disappointed that this dish only came with ONE egg roll. Usually this dish comes with at least 2 egg rolls, but it is what it is. The egg roll was tasty with a good amount of pork filling. Overall, we would come back to visit because the most important part of phở is the broth. The broth here is perfectly balanced and doesn’t have any one spice be overwhelmingly strong which is very very important.

We came here on Sunday while we were on our way to PA, we got in this restaurant around 1PM and it was surprisingly empty. The waiters and host were sitting inside and were goofing around while we walked in, a little bit unprofessional IMO, and I found the service was cold. The waiters didn’t have any smile the entire time. I took off 1 star because of this reason. The PHO and summer rolls I ordered were all very good. Food is very authentic and full of flavor, I had no complaint about food at all and enjoyed them very much! My mother in law thought the broth of phở could be served a bit hotter, but I didn’t think that was a problem for me. If you like your broth really hot, you might want to inform your waiter while ordering. I like the restaurant is very clean and spacious, and I think I will be back again if I happen to be in that area.

Typical little phở shop, located in a strip mall with lots of other great stores. Overall I’d say it was pretty good. We both got a meat grill plate with jasmine rice. They were not accommodating when I offered to pay more money to have a couple meat choices… flat out declined. Also they did not describe one of the plates thoroughly. I asked what was on it and they just kept saying it was a combo plate. The plate when it came out was a surprise and we did not enjoy the combo part of the dish. The summer rolls were decent. Peanut sauce was a little thin. It was the worst Thai ice tea I ever had but the Vietnamese coffee was pretty good. Would not rush to go back, the service was lacking. They messed up our meal and brought chicken instead of pork but we were in a rush so didn’t say anything or send it back.

I just came from PHO! I’m not going back. They aren’t nice. I love their food! But service is cold. I ordered Soup they never asked if I’m ok. I asked for more broth. Then it was an issue. I wanted to split my payment. There was a miss communication on both sides. I mention to the manager they were un friendly. During the whole time I was speaking very low. He was talking with his body movement very one sided! Oh boy!!! It would be nice if they at leased cared about how customers feel. I hope they will develop better management/customer service skills. According to the star review method 2 stars for service. 4 stars for the quality and taste.

Had to eat at this place three times before I could make up my mind about whether I like it or not, and the conclusion I’ve reached thus far is «meh.» They make decent phở broth if you order the Dac Biet or any of the«regular» phở. If you order Bun Bo Hue here, you basically get the regular phở broth with sambal sauce and garlic pre-added into your broth before serving(PS. these ingredients are available on the table as «side sauces») Whereas their shameful rendition of the Bun Bo Hue ticked me off to no end, their regular phở is actually pretty damn awesome for something that’s out of NJ; they are a little bit chincey with noodles and beef on both the Bun Bo Hue and regular phở, and don’t offer the option of upgrading your bowl to «large» like most establishments do either. Phở Xinh is an adequate alternative whenever I don’t feel like driving to Philly to get my Phở fix.
