Had an unfortunate incident on Christmas Eve that was a real bummer, mostly due to employee oversight. But what’s important to me is that the district manager contacted me personally, apologized, took responsibility and had genuine compassion and empathy. Sometimes you can tell that people are telling you what you want to hear, but the DM was clearly sincere.
As far as I’m concerned this GameStop is as great as any other, and I will definitely give them my business in the future.
