Worst place to work in the USA they could careless about there employees but expect us to bend over backwards and meet goals that are way above average for season passes that Noone cares for or needs! just push everything down the customers throat is the motto.

Customer service here is definitely above par. Everyone is easy to talk to and helpfully answers questions. No pushy sales. Just there to help you with your gaming.

Had an unfortunate incident on Christmas Eve that was a real bummer, mostly due to employee oversight. But what’s important to me is that the district manager contacted me personally, apologized, took responsibility and had genuine compassion and empathy. Sometimes you can tell that people are telling you what you want to hear, but the DM was clearly sincere. As far as I’m concerned this GameStop is as great as any other, and I will definitely give them my business in the future.
