Stay away! if you don’t want to get pricked by a nasty thorn! Ordered birthday flowers for my sister by selecting a picture on their web site. I understand substitution policy, but the flowers my sister received was nothing like the picture I selected. I wanted something celebratory, consisting of bright colors — what my sister got belonged in a funeral home! The web site claims 100% satisfaction or money back — it’s a big thorny lie! I emailed the florist: When I didn’t get a response, I called. The worker said the manager/owner doesn’t come to the store much, but will relay the message… it’s been 3 months and still no response.

What unbelievably awful experience I had with this deceptive florist. I went in looking for flowers for my girlfriend for her 28th birthday. I told the florist that I really wanted to get her something fun and exciting but was looking to avoid roses. I looked around their hardly full display case and asked what a particular flower is. The owner told me they were Carnations. She remarked that they were«inexpensive» and I said that was terrific as I had $ 50 to spend and that should result in a pretty spectacular arrangement. I requested a $ 50 display and told her I would be back in an hour to pick it up. When I returned the owner was gone and another employee brought out my weak floral arrangement featuring 12 carnations(one broken), a little bit of baby’s breath and some lame greens with a(quote) «$ 3 vase». At the time I didn’t realize that I was getting ripped off but when I later talked to family and friends(many of which bought my girlfriend far less expensive arrangements at half the price) I realized that this florist just took my budget of $ 50 and stuck it on the lamest display she could stomach sending out of the door. How low, shallow and deceptive. What an awful florist with awful morals. I’ve since seen very elaborate Carnation displays at the same price. Im going rip this florist every opportunity I get.
