So disappointed. After initial great service from Raif and numerous meetings with payment of an initial $ 750 fee for preliminary design, we were given a proposed contract for more than $ 59K for construction costs only when they were told up front that our budget for the bathroom remodel was $ 40k. Their bathroom remodel would have cost $ 80k including fixtures, double our budget. It was a waste of out time and our money. So frustrating. I have since gotten quotes from other reputable boulders for half their costs.

I was extremely disappointed with this firm. Like the previous review, we let them into our home to plan an addition and told them what we wanted. Scheduled another appointment to talk price, I was unable to attend so my husband went, Frank was extremely rude and upset that I was not there, told my husband he was wasting his time because we were suppose to sign contracts. What? We haven’t even talked price. Steer clear of this firm, if Frank treats customers like that now how do you think he’ll treat you down the road? No thanks.

I would strongly recommend not using this firm. My wife and I set up an appointment with them and spent over an hour going over our requirements, budget, etc. We then came to there office for another hour long appointment to look at materials and the ideas from this firm was so far off the mark from what we described to them. After having spent this much time with the designer he said he will review what we want again and get back to us and schedule some additional time and we have never heard back from him or the firm and this has been over a month. Overall impression was people were nice but they can not do anything but simple renovations and anything structural or additions I would steer clear of this firm.
