I go here every year for my eye exam. I believe that the equipment is state of the art and that the doctor is very knowledgable, but the staff is absolutely unhelpful and there is always a problem. The most recent time that I went, I arrived on time with nobody in front of me but still had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. During that wait, I was asked multiple times if I had been there before (yes, I’ve been going for 3 years) and if I had an appointment (yes). Additionally, when I was being charged, I said something didn’t seem right and it seemed too expensive. The woman ringing me up scoffed and ordered someone else to finish the transaction. It turns out I was overcharged $ 80, and I had to be refunded, which they were very nice about but still. I love my doctor, but there is ALWAYS a problem in there.

Do not waste your time here. I booked an appointment on a Saturday well in advance with my two college age kids. When we got there they told us they could not do the dilation, and that we would have to come back another time, the eye test that day took 2 hours 1 hour longer than out appointments where supposed to, my kids returned for their dilation, which took a further 2 hours. They also looked at my new insurance card and told me I had no coverage, yet a later call to my insurance Co told me it did. I will never return to this place ever. Having said that the staff where very pleasant but this place is so poorly run I will be taking my $ else where

Now, if you look at my reviews you will see that I visited another eye care center today without the same happy results.
The first thing they did was get my medical (well specifically eye care related) history and then the explained how my insurance would handle the visit. Then we proceeded. I was put through a series of test that seemed to be on state of the art equipment. I then saw the doctor who reviewed the results and did further testing.
I have utmost confidence they did right by me. I’m also lucky as i seem to have an excellent vision plan but, they made it a great experience and I would use them again.
