Went shopping online for a viola case for my daughter. She has been playing for over 8 years and dare I say, has gotten pretty good along the way so I don’t mind doing these little things to make her happy. It was a pretty special case and I found a few websites that had pictures of it but did not have it in stock. So, let sum this up: honesty, rapid follow up, righteous communications, great price. As a consumer (with a wallet that I zealously protect) I don’t part with my hard earned cash easily.
