I was not prepared for my father to pass. When I went in the next day to meet with Mike I did know exactly what my father wanted. I braced myself for up sells and pressure.
It never came.
Mike figured out who I was and what my personality was like in just a few moments and communicated with me exactly how I needed him too. Never once did he try to up sell anything. At the same time he did present all the options. He was very kind and patient and put me at ease. He answered questions even outside his realm in order to help me. The experience was exactly what I needed. I would recommend anyone here.
