I love this place! Bacon is amazing! Spicy jerky is great. He is an on the spot butcher and will do your deer! Rick is very personal and ready to answer any questions. He has won many awards for innovative products, like the Jalapeño pork burger, tasty stuff! I stock up when there! I think mostly open weekdays, closes early Saturday. I’ll edit when I can confirm
