The whole staff is very friendly and customer oriented. We finally decided to make the drive to the dealership to test drive and they were washing the truck getting it ready for us. After test driving the truck (which we liked) we signed all the papers and were on our way, all in less than 2 hours. They are a no pressure no hassle business. After a few days of owning the vehicle I received several text messages from Rick checking in with me on the vehicle. We recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Rick Bauman at Bob Grimm and are very satisfied with our purchase. It was actually the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well. Since we did not live in the area, we worked with Rick over the phone and through email a lot before driving in to look at the vehicle in person. During a whirlwind of a week this dealership took great care of me. I wasn’t expecting to have to look for a new car for a few more years but a deer took care of that decision. I ended up purchasing a certified used 2014 Chevy Cruz and the customer service provided by Rick and the team was phenomenal! I was in a tight spot and they were able to help me out. Rick was very friendly, personable, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The financing department was even able to work with me as my insurance check for the down payment was slow moving. I was able to drive away in a car I love the same day my insurance company stopped paying for my rental vehicle. It was nice to be able to have everything happen so quickly just when I needed it. I would highly recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet simply for the sales team!

This dealer is off the scale — very honest, straightforward, GREAT experience. I felt completely confident buying from them. They negotiated everything ONLINE with me, all I had to do was go there (I’m 3 hours away!), examine the car, and pay for it. Very quick, painless, GREAT price. 2004 Park Avenue: So the driver’s front seat heater stopped working. First they said it was the upper part of my seat and to replace would cost $ 800. After installing the $ 800 part I was told the heater stil ldid not work and they would have to replace the $ 300 electrical heater control. (BTW, to this day the rear panel of the front seat continues to fall off. It is currently laying in my trunk) I asked if I would get a refund since the $ 800 part was not the problem and was told «it was PROBABLY bad too». A year later the front seat heater stopped working, again. I took it back and they said it was the lower part of the seat, another $ 1000. They charged me $ 100 to tell me this. So what do I think of their service? They dont know what they are doing and appear to guess their way to getting the problem resolved. Only thing is that I have to pay for each of their guesses. I wont go back.

All I can say is the best… Jaime and crew made the deal with me over the internet… drove over 2 hours to see my new 2011 Vette for the FIRST time and the deal went smoother than any deal locally and I have bought alot of cars through the years. Only drawback for me… I wish I lived closer so I could have them service the car!
