We have ordered numerous supples for a bathroom rehab here and every time we go in to buy from them we get terrible service. Nobody there seems to have time to assist customers. I always feel like they are annoyed to be helping me when trying to give them business. It’s a shame. Really some of the worst customer service out there.

Maybe ok if you don’t have a problem… But good luck if you ever have an issue. Before you buy from these guys ask them how warranty claims are handled for the products they sell. Ask them about the $ 150 «paperwork» fee for a warranty claim. And know that should you need to make a warranty claim, you’ll be asked to pay the full price of the replacement and only get refunded after the manufacturer reimburses Crawford Supply, which can take weeks. And if you really want a treat, go talk to one of the charming fellows who handle warranty claims. Brian in particular is the kind of guy that’d make Mr. Rogers want to slap somebody.

I am very happy and pleased with the high quality and service I received at Crawford Supply. I worked with a kitchen planner named Marla, my job is almost complete and I am very happy with her and the products. I did cabinets for kitchen and bath, sinks and faucets, bathtub, bathroom fan and disposal.

I went to Crawford as a plumbing novice, understanding nothing my contractor was talking about. I met with Patty and the magic began. No hard sales pitch, just helpful and very willing to make things work out easily. While I couldn’t decide on fixtures or trim, she personally walked me to the parts department and explained my needs.
I was so well treated by the man behind the counter. Not only did he fill my order, but he brought out some parts as visuals to explain what I did not understand. It is nice to know that a company with such fine personal and skilled customer service still exists. I felt like I was an important customer to them. I would encourage the non professional, like me to shop at Crawford. The showroom is beautiful and jam packed with goodies!

The worst supply house I have ever been too. Tried to buy some 6in PVC and prices were through the roof. They tried to charge 180 for a tee. I called allied plumbing supply and they charge 50 for the same fitting. My order came to 330, I place the same order at a different place and was 120. I obviously had to make the drive instead of getting ripped off. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money at this place.

My sister and I went into the showroom since she is completely gutting her kitchen and bathroom. We were the only two in the place. The first employee walked by us not even a hello. The second employee sat at her desk in the back area of the showroom again she did not acknowledge us. She did make and phone call and when she finished her call I stood right next to her she just looked straight ahead at her computer and refused to even look my way. What do I have to do? HELLO!!! We came to spend 800 — 1000 dollars on a sink!!! This store is not in a shopping mall we did not just wonder into it. We left. The employee that walked by us in the beginning was now sitting at his desk by the front door. No surprise we did not even get a good bye. I am a woman in my 30’s not a young teenager regardless anyone walking into a business deserves more respect and attention then my sister and I received. Please take your business else where.

I happened upon this place when I was servicing a client in Park Ridge and I needed a special Moen valve for her sink. The big box stores didn’t have it so they directed me to this place. They have a service area with a counter where you can get plumbing supplies, but in another area of the building they also have a nice showroom with lots of fixtures and even cabinets. (check out the pictures) I would say it rivals Studio 41.

There are many more reliable, trustworthy, communicative, professional and price-​friendly kitchen & bath stores in the area. You will sleep happier at night and know you have made best decisions with other stores. We were extremely disappointed in working with this company and do not wish anyone to experience the one we had. We have not recommended this company to family or friends. Crawford Supply, you are fired! Try Advantage Kitchen & Bath, K&B Design or Banner Plumbing Supply.

These people are crooks; they refuse to give credit for return merchandise for almost six months. They are complete disorganized, do not return phone calls, and are dishonest.
