Shopped pricing around for carpet cleaning and Green Zone was best price-​which usually means you’d have some sacrifice in service. But Sam showed up during his promised window of arrival, got right to work, seemed to take the job seriously, and we were pleased with the results. It seems like many Unilocal reviews are just platforms for people to rant, so I’m happy to get to write about a positive experience.

I had Green Zone come in to steamclean carpets of our new home. We had not yet moved in, but the previous owners had a cat and dog. The house smelled of pets and since I am allergic to cats, needed to have the carpets thoroughly cleaned.
Sam came out, right on time, and cleaned the whole house in less than two hours. He did an amazing job, was polite and respectful, and most importantly was able to remove SO MUCH CAT HAIR that I didn’t even realize was in the carpets.
This is a great cleaning service, and I have already recommended them to other colleagues and friends. They were also the LEAST EXPENSIVE service I got a quote from and they did not change the price on me while on site.

I emailed them at about 11pm asking when was the soonest they could come. Someone called me the first thing the next morning and Sam came by 10am that day! He was great! I definitely recommend!

Olde Town at Carpenter Village, NC
This is by far the best carpet cleaning we’ve received. Sam was extremely thorough, super professional, listened to our concerns and got rid of those pesky stains we didn’t feel like tackling ourselves. He even cleaned our dining chairs seats. Price was less than others and he did a spectacular job. No odors and it was quick to dry!

Professional. Thorough. Timely. and Friendly. There are a lot of options out there, many do a good job but only a few impress. Would recommend (ask for Sam!)
