Amazing facility. Great staff. Everything is electronic, even appointment scheduling. You also get reminders via email and text messages which is awesome. Great thing is that Dr Eissens recommends things that are truly needed. She really cares and does excellent work. Recently had me crown done. She’s very gentle with the anesthetic injection and it was very less painful than my visit to other Dentists. Would highly recommend!!!

Dr Eissens and all the staff are very nice. Dr Eissens and Courtney work great together as a team. I hadn’t been to dentist in quite a while due to finances so needed a number of fillings. They were done in multiple sessions and all were quick and nearly painless (a tiny prick was all). The best part for me is how quickly they work since they are a good team. Marianne does a great job with billing and works with insurance and I’ve had no issues.

This is a very convenient location for me as I work in the RTP. The staff at Eissens Dentistry are very nice. Marianne is the friendliest receptionist ever! She is also the one who does the billing. As mentioned in another review, coming in it feels a bit like entering a spa. The office and dental equipment seems very modern. There is very minimal pain involved, probably the least pain I have ever had for dental treatment. You can watch tv while you are down in the chair and they are working on your teeth. I felt very comfortable in their care!

Love Dr. Eissens, Marianne and Courtney. They are such a fabulous team with excellent customer service and great communication amongst each other.
I have been three times recently for some much needed and long put-off treatment. They were straightforward on how the treatment works, cost and easy with scheduling. Courtney and Dr. Eissens are a fluid team and fun to be around. I felt very comfortable in their care. Also, of course, they did a great job on my teeth!
The office is beautiful and you are immediately greeted by the friendliest receptionist ever. I have never had to wait, but wouldn’t mind because I love talking to Marianne.
I highly recommend Eissens Dentistry and am so grateful that I have found my new dentist!
