We love us some Bojangles! This is a must when you visit any state that has one. We usually order the 8 piece meal between 2 adults and 2 kids and we rarely have any leftovers. Their chickens are so moist and never dry even the white meat. Oh and the sweet tea! Ooooh liquid heaven especially on a hot day. Check one out if you get a chance you will not be disappointed.

We love Bojangles! However this is the first Bojangles that I felt the customer service was just awesome. The ladies at the front were really kind and patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted and helped us out when we were confused on the meals. Normally I feel rushed and stupid when I’m unsure of what I want. These ladies did it right. They greeted w smiling faces and remembered me when I returned for more :) The place was clean, the restrooms were too but there was a funky moldy smell in the bathrooms. Overall good and we probably will return next time we’re driving back from the airport, since it is the closest one to RDU

I wanted to get some fried chicken to bring back home, so this was the closest spot to the airport. A while back, I saw a friend on fb, posting up Bojangles fried chicken pictures and lauding the tastiness of the product. The fried chicken was better than expected. Maybe I’m used to sub-par fried chicken at home and used to KFC, but this one was pretty good. The chicken(even the breasts) was tender and I like the kick with the spice. There wasn’t too much batter or too little. The biscuits were okay, but not fantastic. Service was just average as even when I told servers that this was my first time at a Bojangles, I wasn’t really helped out much.

I got the Cajun Chicken Biscuit Sandwich(chicken was not dry at all) with a side of gravy and Bo-tato(hashbrown circles). Inexpensive and delicious.

I was told I couldn’t have the 2 pieces of chicken I wanted because it didn’t come that way… Wow what happened to customer is always right?

Let’s face it, this is Bojangles. You get what you get at every Bojangles. This is about a mile from the Raleigh Airport and in the midst of a mess of hotels. It’s a place for a quick, easy meal that comes like you’d expect. I found the service to be good. When I arrived it was me and one other gentleman in the place and I had no complaints. The food was hot, the guys working there were friendly and what more could you ask for here?

I lived in the south for a couple years then moved up north, so when I saw that there was a Bojangles walking distance to the hotel, I was there. Their biscuits are the best of any of the southern fast food chicken stores. The chicken is ok, but the biscuits make the meal. I went with the old standard of a Cajun Fillet Biscuit and a large sweat tea. None of which disappointed. Their sweat tea is done the right way, unlike any northern attempt I’ve unfortunately become accustomed to. The restaurant was clean and the employees helpful. Great place.

I love Southern food. Fried chicken, okra, grits, you name it. But the stuff I had here was just nasty. Greasy, fatty chicken that made KFC look gourmet. I couldn’t even eat the slaw, it had an odor of… I don’t know what… preservative? Artificial flavor? Rancid? I spat it out, I couldn’t eat a single bite. Tea overly sweet, but you could make it bearable by blending it with unsweetened tea. Staff was nice, but no way will I ever be eating at a Bojangles again.

The Manager here is stupid. I was served a sandwich with COLD cheese because they«don’t have a microwave to heat food». Really? Can we say hot meat and hot biscuit? Then the cheese will melt dumb ass.

Having grown up in the South, Bojangles is my first stop when getting back home. The staff provides you with that warm southern hospitality as soon as you walk in. They make the best chicken biscuit. Its chicken fried to perfection, sandwiched between an amazing made-from-scratch buttered biscuit. Compliment it with a side of fries or bo rounds and sweet tea and you have the perfect meal. Have a hang-over? It will take care of that too. Everything they make is good. I wish I could come back more often.

My first Bojangles experience was here(yes, I know it’s a crime to have lived in NC for 10 years and to not have ever eaten at BJ). I guess it was OK, but it still feels remarkably chain-restaurantish, and the food was acceptably«good». Service was quick(as one might expect in this sort of restaurant) and parking is plentiful.

Very quick service, however double check that order if you went through the drive thru line. There biscuits are addicting. The Borounds are very good, greasy!!! You don’t need any ArmorAll when you have greasy fingers from your Borounds, shine up that dash and steering wheel! :) LOL Go for a sweet potato pie, if they’re fresh, you’ll probably fall in love with them.

Every now and then I treat my employees with Bo berry biscuits from Bojangles. This location is convenient and always bakes them fresh when I call in. Close to airport if u were wondering. «extra icing please»
