Ok, so this place is now called Los Caporales. I only tried the tacos, but they were good with homemade tortillas(though they only use one shell per taco, so they tend to split), a generous helping of assorted meat fillings, cilantro, and a lot of onions. And they’ve got a good selection(lengua, cabeza, barbacoa, pastor, longaniza, etc). I think this place is primarily for the local Mexican population, as many of the signs are only in Spanish. That said they were perfectly welcoming and friendly to your friendly neighborhood gringo. If you are looking for an authentic Mexican fix, this is your place.
