My iphone 5s cracked on new years eve. I called Josh today and he was available a few hours later to come and fix it. He showed up right on time and the job was done within 20 minutes, with No flaws. Very professional service, reasonable price. Truly a no brainer like he said.

If your iphone screen is cracked or is otherwise in need of repair, this service is a no-​brainer.
For an extra $ 10 – 15 above what the apple store charges, Josh will come to your office or home and fix the phone as well as Apple does, but without any of the hassle of going to the Apple store. He sets appointments, comes exactly on time and provides status updates via text. Then he gets to work while you go about your business.
Now I know what you’re thinking: (1) who wants a stranger in your home/​office and (2) how am I protected if something goes wrong with the repair. As for #1, Josh has come to my law firm office on two occassions and has comported himself professionally in his interactions with everyone he encountered. As for #2, Josh offers a two month warranty on his iphone repairs, which he honored in my case. I had a slight problem with the mic on my phone after he fixed the screen, and he came back 6 weeks after repairing the phone the first time and put a brand new screen on the phone, just as promised.
I highly recommend this service for broken glass screens and plan to call him again if I run into any hardware issues.

Was very sketchy about having someone come to my house but definitely was well worth it! Both my husband and I used Josh’s services. He was in and out in 20 mins. Beats going to Apple, waiting forever and paying more! Super nice and professional!

My iPhone6 hit the concrete, and that didn’t work out so well. I was traveling the next day, and needed a new screen right away. Found Josh’s website after the Apple Store at Short Hills told me the next appointment was 5 days away. Josh came over to my house that night, and replaced the screen. Boom, done. Super professional, and ridiculously convenient.
His prices are all listed on his website, and for being only $ 16 more than the Apple store, the fact that he was available at 8:30pm at night, immediately, was a very small price to pay. Apparently he does other tech work as well, per his website.

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen on Friday morning. I did a web search and found Intrepid Computers and called. Josh answered and we set up an appointment for that afternoon. He came to my house on time, was professional and courteous. Within 25 minutes, I had new glass installed with a 30 day guarantee. All for a lower cost than other places in town and certainly lower than the Apple store. Highly recommended.
