We had just moved into a new house, and we had a lot of projects both big and small that needed to be done. Greg had expertise in every type of repair/​improvement we needed. His price was extremely fair (we had called around to multiple other licensed contractors for bids) and he was professional and prompt. Unlike some other contractors who tell you a project will take a week and it then it takes a month, Greg is true to his word. A week meant a week, he was there early each morning and worked tirelessly to complete the project in our time frame. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier with all of the improvements he made to our home. After years of searching we are so happy we found someone who we can trust, who has a fair price, and gets the job done right the first time. Thank you for everything Greg!

Finally, agreed to settle with GPC for $ 400. This is after one year. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush, so I took it. Beats going to court, in my opinion. From my experience, there will be trouble with just about any contractor. GPC was better than some and not as good as others.
