This is a dirty facility with filthy attitudes among all employees. The fish rots from the head down. Had the pleasure of meeting CK, a failed baseball player that thinks he is still a HS baseball star. Apparently, owning this hole allows him to take out his frustrations on his customers. I can’t blame him for being angry for not living up to his dreams but leave the rude in your home (parents basement). Totally disrespectful and dismissive to woman and coaches. Being a dad, I got to actually get past his typical response «I don’t know what you are talking about» which is his response to every woman that ask him a question. Spend you hard earned cash with one of the many other places available.

My two boys have been doing group and private lessons at CK for a few years now and have gotten significantly better at hitting and fielding. My older son started doing private pitching lessons which also improved his skills. Most importantly, both boys have gotten much more confident because of the CK staff trainers’ support and positive reinforcement. The staff is friendly, funny and positive. Now my husband is doing the father and son whiffle ball and it has made for awesome bonding time with the boys. I would highly recommend CK to anyone who has baseball loving kids.

No a bad place overall however if you are not a regular customer you will need to be aware that they have a bad habit of not holding your hourly reservation, I am guessing they give it to their «regulars». I run a male adult softball team and within one year this place has done this 3 times. I have had this happen with a full weeks notice and even on a multiple week reservation.
They must not have a good «functional calendar» in which to keep reservations, which in this line of business is unacceptable.
I would advise calling to confirm your appointment before bringing your team out only to be told by some 18 yr old counter girl that your reservation is not there and they are booked for the day.
