Just waited 25 minutes for a salad that I never did receive. I had to leave. You can’t wait for 25 minutes for food over a lunch hour. I won’t be back. Thanks for lunch, Ruby Tuesdays! Pathetic.

Usually when I feel the need to write a bad review, it has more to do with service issues. The service during our recent visit to RT was okay, if a little absent and harried. No, this is about the food. I ordered a chicken and mushroom alfredo, and my wife had a steak. My wife requested her steak medium rare; her steak was bloody raw. She ate it because the waiter was nowhere to be found and we needed to eat and get back on the road. Hers, at least, was edible. My pasta came out with the chicken and mushrooms covered by the pasta, which was drowning in a brownish«alfredo» that had so much garlic in it that it was almost inedible. Garlic in a sauce should be a buttery, savory accent; this was so overpowering that it was bitter and bludgeoning. Not acceptable, and if we hadn’t been pressed for time, I would have sent it away and had the salad bar. This is the second time I’ve had an unfortunate meal at RT in Morgantown. This used to be a favorite stop for a bit better than big box restaurant meal, but something has gone tragically wrong. There are a lot of choices in Morgantown for your dining dollars. Might I humbly suggest that you take your tastebuds and wallet elsewhere?

I travel for work so I’m always dining out at least 3 times a week, and I must say that I disagree with much I’m reading. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door… And I proceeded to seat myself at the bar. Within a few minutes the bartender greeted me and got me the drink of my choice. The food I ordered cam out exactly how I asked for it, and it was prompt. I later wanted a snack to take back to my hotel room, and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted without hesitation. I will say, during my visit I was a little disappointed to see a table leave hurriedly only to avoid paying their full bill… which would obviously upset anybody… but Riley(my server) kept her composure and still served me as if all was going well during her shift… that’s an aspect of customer service that not many can master. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would return again on my next swing through town. Thanks!

Don’t come here after 8:00PM unless the atmosphere you enjoy is people cleaning and vacuuming all around you! Hard to enjoy your food when a girl is sweeping right next to you with a broom and kicking dust into hopefully not your dinner! I had the ribs and they were good but we waited a long time for our food and it wasn’t busy. My husband had the Smoky Mountain Chicken and he said it was tasty. Although food was good we most likely won’t return due to poor service and atmosphere!

Your typical Ruby Tuesday with decent service and decent food. I just ordered the salad bar to be safe and it was your average salad bar. My co-worker ordered the tilapia in lemon butter sauce. It came out with some kind of other Cajun seasoning instead but he still said it was good.

..Meh. AVOID. BADFORPEOPLEWITHALLERGIES! I came here a month or two later after my July 2014 visit, and was unpleasantly surprised when I ordered a spaghetti marinara and specifically stated my allergies and requested no cheese. Well, my spaghetti was served with cheese and the server took it back and I kid you not, within 30 seconds, they brought it back after they scrapped the cheese off. WTF. The manager apologized, but I won’t ever be returning here because I can’t let someone’s laziness accidentally send me to the hospital.
