Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown

I got stranded in WV and MB of Morgantown really came through for me in a pinch. I called their service dept on Monday morning @ 7:30am (when they open) and they were able to get me back on the road by 11am. I had to replace 2 tires on my AMG and they were the only place in town that carried the size tire I needed. They were booked until the afternoon, but they were able to squeeze me in. Admittedly the cost of the tires was more than it’d be from an online retailer, but that is the cost of convenience. It is worth noting that the cost for alignment and balancing was pretty reasonable, which surprised me given I usually get gouged for those things at other places. MB of Morgantown also washed my car and sent a dealer shuttle to pick my gf and I up from a local hotel; both nice gestures.
While I have found most MB dealers to provide great service, I was pretty impressed by the level of service at this dealer. I live out of state, though I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the WV looking for a quality service place for their MB.
