Nice luncheon with colleague. Great food. Service ok. Orderd soup to come before sandwich and I had to tell them I never got it. Food was very good, thoroughly enjoyed the Reuben and crab bisque.

Inconsistent! My wife and i love Atrias in Pittsburgh. have gone there a number of times. We have tried the Morgantown location once for Dinner and three days later for lunch. Dinner — outstanding, food was excellent, and service perfect. Lunch the following week — not so much. I had the fish and chips, four times breading compared to fish — and overly burnt! Had bisque at dinner and then again the next week at lunch. At dinner wonderful! At lunch, tasted more like salt than bisque. Maybe just new restaurant syndrome. Hope it gets better, because it has a lot of potential!

Our new favorite restaurant in Morgantown. Best burger in town; relaxing atmosphere; attentive, friendly staff. We’ll be regulars.

I don’t know why anyone would say they are not good. The food is great the price is good for what you get and the drink is good. The service is good and relax so don’t come for a quicky.

Attended a dinner party here, it was not very well planned. The appetizer were terrible burnt ribs, dried out chicken and cheap desserts. The wait staff was not adequate food was bought out in odd fashion half the room received salads 10⁄15 mins before the rest. No condiments bought out with meals had to leave the private dining area to go to the restaurant to get ketchup salt and pepper. My husband ordered a Soda he never received. After 2 hours my entrée was bought out once again the Chicken for the Chicken piccata was bland and dry and the mashed potatoes cold… I ended up packing my food up and bringing it home for a treat for my dog. Maybe this is a fluke and this place will get better with time or maybe it what u get for having a dinner party at a restaurant attached to a holiday Inn. But as of now this place is not equipped to handle larger dinner parties…

Unfortunately, you cannot leave a review without awarding at least one star. With that said; I recently planned a dinner party for a close friend at this«hot new restaurant». Forgive my long winded review, however I feel details are necessary to justify such a poor rating. After confirming with the Director of Banquets that I would be able to access the room to set up small decorations, the Hostess refused to allow me to enter the room; I had to place a call to the Director’s cell phone for assistance, since she was not on the premises for the event. After gaining entry into the room, I saw 8 round tables strewn throughout a large banquet room, creating a very«corporate party– we don’t really like each other so let’s all sit separately» setup, after I specifically requested a U-Shape set up to ensure an intimate birthday party setting. No water was preset on the tables, in fact the wait staff carried glasses two at a time to our entire party of almost 30– delivering water literally took upwards of 10 minutes, while we were not offered any other drinks until after apps and salads were delivered. Luckily, a few guests were smart enough to leave the banquet room and head to the bar located inside the restaurant to quench their thirst more timely. Although«choice of soup or salad» was listed as an option in the contract, soup was not offered and all guests were served salad. Not typically a deal breaker, however the soup was the birthday girl’s reason for wanting to book this place in the first place. How disappointing! The prices for a private party are substantially higher than their typical dinner menu, and the prices listed on the party menu were different than prices agreed upon via the contract. Climate control in the room was not functioning properly; it took more than 2 hours and multiple employees to regulate the HVAC system. We were told by a server that«construction was ‘jacked up’ and this is one of many problems they continue to experience». Guests who ordered the Filet Mignon with a scoop of cold mashed potatoes had the pleasure of sawing their dinner with butter knives. I confirmed twice during the planning, once during the contract process, and once upon arrival that separate checks would not be an issue. Due to lack of organization, the checkout process took a total of 75 minutes, with incorrect items still being placed on bills(I was charged $ 11+ for a liquor drink that I did not receive– though I certainly wish I had been drinking at this point!!!) Worst of all, I was the approached by a bold«gentleman» who wasted no time to tell me he was the owner; he felt there was an issue regarding entrée orders that needed to be addressed. Rather than requesting to speak in private, he spoke loudly and rudely in the front of the banquet room, and proceeded to remind me that he had my credit card number on file if our total spend was unsatisfactory. All in all, my take on this experience is if you’re going to charge fine dining prices, you must provide fine dining service and food. The three go hand in hand. I spent 10 years in the Food and Bev industry, I have NEVER complained because I understand the blood sweat and tears that go into serving strangers, however I created a Unilocal account specifically to warn the Morgantown community to spend your dollars elsewhere!

My husband and I visited this restaurant when it first opened. Food was good an so was the service. I decided that I would like to have my Birthday dinner here. Initially we were going to use the private room right behind the bar but our guest list became larger so we were offered a banquet room. I wasn’t involved in the actual planning of the private dinner but I was very disappointed in how the whole night went. First the waiters brought water out 2 glasses at a time which took about 10 minutes.(There were about 30 of us). No one was offered anything besides water. A few people went to the bar to get drinks. Salads came but not everyone got theirs at the same time and some people didn’t get salads at all. No soup was offered. The staff started to take food orders and about 30 minutes later 2 gentleman came into the room and asked for the person who signed the contract. He basically announced to the room that not everyone ordered an entrée and she would be responsible for $ 38pp to make up the difference.(Rude) Another 45 minutes later the food trickled out of the kitchen. Mind you we ordered by table so tell me why out of 4 pp per table that only 2 people were receiving their entrees. Another 30 minutes later the other entrees for the other 2 ppl per table received theirs. It probably took about 1.5 hours for everyone to get their food. By this time people were fed up with the service and quality of food and decided to put their food in boxes and leave. Dessert was supposed to be endless. They served 1 tray of desserts and never refilled it. Getting the checks was a disaster. This process took another hour. I completely understand that getting separate checks can be confusing but at the beginning they were told that it would be separated checks. I just want to thank this restaurant for ruining what should of been a great night. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many many years and by no means would any, manager or owner condone such awful service, quality and experience. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but when your bill is $ 175 – 200 per couple you want to make sure that you get what you paid for. Food was awful. I don’t think they are equipped to handle large parties or events. They should really learn from this and focus on how to make things better.
