Terracina At Morgan Hill

I lived here for almost 3 years and was so glad to move. The majority of the office staff was rude and the rules were very constricting. My children were afraid to do anything outside because they were afraid of being scolded by the staff. It is low income and each year you had to fill out a mountain of paperwork just to keep your apartment. The size of the apartments was good and I really did like all the shelves in the kitchen. If anything needed to be fixed the maintenance was very good and friendly. I can appreciate that they are trying to maintain nice and clean grounds however whenever you mistakenly broke one of there many rules you would receive a mean phone call or nasty note. The location is within walking distance to downtown which was great, however it is also next to the train tracks so every night you had to deal with trains loudly going by at all hours. All in all it served it’s purpose as a decent, clean place to live (I have seen a lot worse in town!), but I am very happy to leave it and move on to a better place.
