Staff is very professional, polite and clean. I think the Korean owner really sets the culture/tone here. You don’t get this easily these days from a big franchise. Bravo!

The only Subway location I’ll go to The customer service is always incredible, it’s frankly kind of weird for a big chain. Service is very fast and very sharp.

One of the best subways in California! I’ve been to subways all over the place from gas stations to colleges to cities and this is one of the best. They have some of the friendliest employees, clean cooking areas, and fresh ingredients(as fresh as subway can be). They actually remember my face when I go in, and they have a friendly demeanor which is always great. I have always enjoyed going in here!

This subway is alright. All I have to say is the customer service wasn’t satisfying. If you’re gonna work here, please hear me clearly if I said I want a bmt, not blt.

You would think that all Subway franchises are the same but that’s not true. I have been going to this location for over 5 years. I have been to other Subway locations and so far, this one is the best. Fast, accurate friendly service every time. Kind of reminds me of «Cheers». Most of the staff recognizes me even though I buy a sandwich less than one a week. If you are looking for a Subway in Morgan Hill, this is the one to go to.

We put on ultramarathons(long distance running events) in nearby San Martin and around the Bay Area. At our races in San Martin, we always go to this store to pick up sandwiches for runners and volunteers. Despite the fact that our orders tend to be very large, they have never balked or complained. They put attention into all our orders and they have ALWAYS been ready when they said they would be ready. The food is fresh, clean and exactly what we have ordered. When we pick up the food, we are greeted with smiles and they always ask if there is anything else they can do. Our runners and volunteers have always devoured everything we have purchased. Service, quality and price are all top rate in our opinion.

Told the girl working there «I missed out on that free Veteran’s day sammich Monday… I went to Denny’s instead, all they offered was pancakes» Witch was nice but I dident feel like pancakes Placed my usual foot long double meat yum yum order. Paid for it. The nice girl handed back my card and said «I didn’t charge you for the extra meat» Then she thanked ME Moments like that make me proud to have served OUR country!

It’s Subway. It’s a national chain. They are all the same, right? Wrong! This Subway is a great. The place is always clean and they always say«hi», and smile. Like they KNOW they are there to help you get your food. They take some pride in what they do. It appears to be a husband and wife team. The place is busy almost everyday at lunch. And they are fast. You get in and out. The ingredients always appear fresh. No wilted, day-old lettuce, or freezer damaged veggies. Fast. Great service. Friendly owners. Quality. Absolutely recommended.

This is one of my favorite Subway establishments. I was introduced to it by a co-worker who pretty much eats there everyday. I live in San Jose but work in Morgan Hill so I was looking for some good places to eat lunch. I am always greated with a smile and now am a regular customer of theirs. Sometimes they will throw in a free cookie just to show their appreciation of your business. Now that is customer service!

Okay – why am I taking the time to review a Subway sandwich shop? First off, Subway is probably one of the largest food franchises in the world. I normally avoid chain restaurants like the plague – to me, they are about as exciting as watching cars rust. Secondly, I don’t like Subway in general, because everything on the menu tastes exactly the same(roughly equivalent to cardboard). I eat there when I am in a hurry, have a coupon, and am looking for nothing beyond sheer sustenance to keep me going throughout the day. Many sandwich shops, along with several of the aforementioned chain restaurants have an especially annoying process that gets my panties in a bunch. Here’s the scenario: I walk into the place(Burger King, Wendy’s, Panda Express, Quiznos, just to name a few). Behind the counter is a pimply-faced oaf with a moronic blank expression on his/her face. The very first words out of his/her mouth upon acknowledging my presence in the establishment is, «Fear to go…» «What?» I reply. «Fear to go…» a little louder. I am mystified. Finally, they make an attempt to enunciate, «For-here-or-to-go?» “Ooh…” I reply. «I am not quite sure yet… I haven’t decided whether I want to order anything in the first place. Do you have any semi-clean tables here?» Whatever happened to the server saying something like, «Welcome to ______. What can I get for you?» with a smile? Is that so difficult? I don’t know – maybe I am becoming jaded. I found the above scenario quite common on the East Coast. Sorry, but it’s true. Anyway, the reason I am reviewing this Subway location is that they are very much unlike that. They always always greet you with a big smile. They always always ask you what you would like, how you want it prepared, and basically go out of their way to make your visit a pleasant one. Very often, my two kids say, «Dad – let’s go get sandwiches at Subway.» While the thought of eating at Subway is normally about as appealing as a visit to the DMV, I relent, and take my two kids here frequently. The manager always throws in a couple of delicious cookies for them free. I don’t know if he does that with everyone. I don’t really care. But for that reason alone, I will keep going back here. What dawned on me very quickly is that they get it here. It’s not that difficult. Simple. Make the customer’s visit a pleasant one. Food can trigger a huge range of emotional responses. Sometimes it’s erotic joy… other times hollow depression… other times horror and alarm… and still other times it’s restaurant rage. This Subway works for me and my family.
