I LOVE love Peete’s.their blended coffees aren’t so sweet. their coffees are so flavorful. n u can taste the difference between Starbucks.

I’ve been a Starbucks follower for 20 years .have tried Peet’s coffee before but wasn’t too impressed. Until one day the Hubs brought me some Latte from Peet’s and I was instantly hooked! Definitely better than Starbucks. I’m now an avid follower.
Initially I was disappointed because they didn’t have splash sticks but to my surprise right before Christmas they started carrying them. I was thrilled to say the least. Lol.

I would love to right a long review, however it is unnecessary. The staff at Peets on Cochrane are very friendly and quick. The coffee is always great and the ambience is always great. Sadly, it is usually busy due to all of this! Tops all of the Starbucks’ in town!

This is a nice Peet’s. It’s medium-​sized. Perfect for a coffee date.
I like Peet’s over Starbucks when I need to have superpowers (they put 2 shots in a small espresso drink).
Staff was friendly. Drink was promptly made, tasted delicious. White Mocha is my default drink.
The Peet’s in Nob Hill only has black coffee or tea (and limited hours) so come here instead.

Very spacious, lots of tables and couches for everyone! The staff is pretty friendly every time I come by. Service is quick.
Only downside is the lack of power outlets.
Can’t really find much to complain about this location. Restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat then come back and spend your day at Peet’s. How perfect is that?! (Life of a nursing student)

I usually love going to this peets because its on our way to visit family but today my drink wasnt so great. I got the salted caramel macchiato because it sounded yummy. When i finally went to drink it all i tasted was coffee and a ton of salt. Im not sure if theyre making it wrong or if thats how the recipe is but i dont think ill ever be able to try that again. It was so salty that i couldnt even drink it. I ended up throwing it away. I still gave them 4 stars because this was the first time we had a problem. Ive been here numerous times and our drinks have always been extremely good except for this last one.

Glad I stopped by! I told the girl at the counter that I like «old lady teas» and she gave me a few suggestions. I went with the English Breakfast tea and was not disappointed. I did not catch her name, but I greatly appreciate her customer service. Thanks girl!

Nice crew members, the only problem is some days my order is ok and other times it is wrong.
The last couple of times I had to toss my order due to it being wrong.

The employees here are always super friendly and helpful! The drinks are high quality Peet’s standard. I love their espresso drinks, the coffee is strong, and their cold brew is good, too. The place is always clean, and plenty of seating.

Decided to try something different than Starbucks. I tired the Black Tie ice coffee and the Mango Sunrise tea. Both were great! Very refreshing on a hot summer’s day. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I ordered the wrong ice coffee and didn’t know until I received it. I told them and they quickly prepped me the one I actually wanted. Great customer service! There’s nice seatings both inside and outside. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I think I’ve found my new favorite coffee and tea spot.

Peets is always a special treat for us when we just want amazing coffee and feeling super lazy. We usually pop in on a weekend morning but yesterday was a refreshing change of pace.
The typical weekend crowds make it harder to enjoy it because of all the idiotic drivers, parents shuttling their kids to whatever and being obnoxious to everyone in their way — by vehicle or by foot. Course it’s not Peets fault but it’s pretty obvious when they are just trying to make it through while dealing with difficult customers. That ripple effect goes down to not so chipper baristas but that’s how it goes.
Got in around 9:30 and the line was wrapped to the entrance. Impressively the morning crew handled it with great finesse and it got moving at a very brisk pace. Only one barista was ringing ppl up while another was grinding coffee for other customers. As soon as he was done he jumped right back on it and opened a register.
Feel like jerk not remembering his name but he was super friendly, efficient, and definitely good at his job. Bf got standard coffee and I splurged on the black tie. He was super chill about honoring a check in coupon for $ 1 off and poured the bf coffee.
The wait itself was really quick! Literally stood there for 3 min and poof drink is up.
Black Tie was delicious — but really it’s a modified Vietnamese iced coffee. Sweetened condensed milk with cold brew coffee with splash half/​half. And the medium price is actually not too bad $ 3.75 but the check in offer made it all the more better. Coffee was good, bold and slightly too sweet but well balanced.

Horrible service. Clearly the staff hates their job and can’t wait to go home and kick their pets. Sad that people who have a job treat customers as if they are not customers. Simple question was asked if they can warm up a sandwich and rudely replied, «We don’t warm things up here!» Sorry I asked.

I love Peet’s Coffee. Unfortunately the only place they have an actual coffee shop is inside of Eddie’s bakery in Fresno, Ca. I wish they would open up a few in the same exact spots as Starbucks… which BTW sucks.
Please Peets– if you are reading this, come to Fresno! I will be in your store every single day and I will bring friends. My keurig is tired of buying store bought cups and my palate is waiting for freshly brewed peet’s… Love you forever

I’ve been to this Peet’s Coffee & Tea several times. I’m a huge fan of Peet’s Coffee & Tea and often frequent these three locations:
Los Gatos (near The Wooden Horse)
Blossom Hill (near Whole Foods Market)
Morgan Hill
Peet’s Coffee & Tea provides a good cup of joe and pastries. I’ve frequented the Morgan Hill location often with my family. I’ve purchased a Peet’s coffee card for myself and another family member and reloaded them as well. The Morgan Hill location consistently gets my order incorrect and is often confused when I’ve wanted to re-​load my card (this has never happened at the Los Gatos or Blossom Hill Road locations).
Unfortunately, this Peet’s has poor customer service– plain and simple. Also, the inside of the coffee shop is not kept clean, nor is the area where the napkins, lids, creamer and sugar are located. I’ve given this location multiple chances thinking they were just having an off day but their ‘off days, bad customer service and dirty coffee shop’ are this location’s normal and it’s consistently bad. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

What a wonderful extra hot latte.
I love my latte extra hot, that it. I don’t care what people think but if I said extra hot I want it extra hot, however most people just make it hot I don’t like it that way.
Today my latte was exactly the way I want it and thanks for the young Batista lady who work at this peets location around 9 am on Sunday my coffee was the best ever, sorry I forgot to mention to you how grateful I was for the coffee you prepare for me.
My cup of coffee was perfect everything was just perfect and that why I choose Peets vs Starbucks and I hope all the peets coffee shop will pay more attention to what the customer want and ask
I will be back to this location when ever I pass by near the area.

Have to drive to Morgan Hill to get my fix. Great atmosphere & the coffee is stupendous! You have to try the Sugar Free Vanilla Almond Latte! :)

it’s quieter and more spacious than starbucks. they were offering a check in for a buck off. Bathrooms are private and cleaner in general
They require a wifi passcode with purchase which is annoying but the wifi runs better than Starbucks.
Oddly, I like the fact that they have the lids available for usage, vs. putting them on the cup. It’s subtle but by not putting the lid on the cup, it eliminates plastic waste. I also end up putting junk in my drink so I have to take the lid off anyway.
I can’t speak to the coffee itself. it pretty much tastes the same to me.
