Its ok. Nothing really special. Its either great customer service or horrible. Also it feels like it’s missing certain features that other gamestops do

They have always been super helpful when my, now 12 year old was allowed to purchase games. They spent a ton of time helping him select exciting, yet age appropriate games. We decided to come back and support the local economy over amazon on a purchase of an Xbox 360 E. I was prepared to pay a little more to support local, but was Surprised to save $ 70!!! Yahoo! And I’m crushing on Jerry who was patient, knowledgable and funny! Five stars!

Hire more people. Having to wait in line so long is ridiculous.

This is one of the many gamestops that i have been too. I used to go to a different one for many years and then they closed. So i started coming to this one and i. must say that i love there services and how friendly everyone is whether you have a question about a game or a console. The used games work great also. if your trying to look for a used game and are just trying to get more of a gamerscore or anything else. I also love that they start out a line and make sure no one cuts and that you are old enough to buy the game if its rated M. Or even if you wanna pre-order it. If you are under age they make sure you have a parent or guardian with you wen you buy the game or when you come to pick up ypur pre-order.

This was my experience tonight at the Morgan Hill Gamestop: I walked in and a baldheaded guy with a goatee said, «May I help you?» To which I said, «Yes, do you happen to have Grand Theft Auto [V]?» He replied, «Do you have a preorder?» I said, «I don’t.» He then responds with, «Then we have nothing for you.» A little shocked with the level of customer service I’ve been receiving thus far, I asked, «Do you know if Target might have any available without a preorder?» He said in a rude, condescending tone, «I don’t know. We don’t watch their stock.» A little peeved, I drove over to Target and it just so happens that they had plenty of GTA Vs on their shelves. So, I purchased the game. Drove back to Gamestop. Walked into the store, proudly showing the game in my hand and said, «Target had plenty.» Now waving the game in my hand, I continued to say, «Just so that you don’t have to give out any more smart ass answers.» As I completed my sentence, I did an about-face and walked right out of the store. Word of advice, baldheaded guy with a goatee… if you don’t like customer service, then don’t work in a place where customer service is your freak’n job! This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with their staff. Guess who won’t be going back to this store?

Good customer service. Very helpful in choosing a game and different game system. I will continue to come here in the future of game purchase. Good selection of used games.

Called in with a question and was told that they were too busy to give help over the phone. Terrible customer service.

So far so good. It was my first time in a Game Stop and I was looking for any type of Rock Band or Guitar Hero type game. The girl who helped me saw I was with my 5 year old son and pulled out Lego Rock Band. Good sell! She was very helpful too. We bought it and I can only assume we’ll be back for more…

I love their customer service here. They are some of the friendliest employees I have come across even when this place gets super busy. They always have what my husband is looking for and go the extra mile with customer service. I highly recommend this place.
