Poor customer service. Dismal selection of flavors. After waiting patiently for service the male employee did not bag a quart of ice cream. He walked away into the back as I was asking for one. I asked the other young man there for a bag and he made me wait for him to make a sundae for a cute young woman his age. So I asked a woman working in the sandwich area to get a bag because my 89 year old mother was waiting outside in 90 degree heat. So the guy came over and tried to charge me a second time! My moms shake was awful – overloaded with syrup. She threw it away. Will never return to this poor excuse for an ice cream store.

I love going to this ice cream place. The staff are friendly n always smiling. I had a last minute ice cream cake ordered. The decorator n a young man named Gustavo happily helped me out. They were still able to do a Spiderman decoration in the last minute. My 9 year old boy was super über happy. Thank you Gustavo n the lady decorator for your patience n understanding. Keep smiling staff God bless u all More

In town visiting family. We went to BR for se ice cream on a Sunday night. This location is joined with Togo’s and it seems as though there is only enough staff to care for one establishment. I immediately noticed the poor condition of the dining area upon walking in. Floor was filthy, tables unkept, etc. My kids and I proceeded to stand there for about 4 minutes before being acknowledged by an employee. We were the only ones there for ice cream, but there were two people on the Togo’s side ordering sandwiches. Employees outnumbered customers by about 2 – 1 which makes it harder to understand the state of disrepair in the dining area. The guy who helped us was friendly and the ice cream tasted fine. The long wait time and filthy dining area are what got this place its 2 stars from me.

Went to this location at 8:50pm and the doors were locked and employees were all ready to go. Door said closed at 9pm. What a disappointment.

Terrible service, they did not even acknowledge my father and I when we went in. I cannot speak for the ice cream but the service is awful. We waited 10 minutes and the staff ignored us and continued to serve the togos side of the store. Five people working and at least two were just standing around.
