So, I’m never ever taking my car back to this dealership unless they had to compensate for any damages done, after leaving an empty container in my engine. Luckily I realized something was wrong with my car after driving it around and hearing weird noises. I popped the hood to find the dealership left an empty bottle of coolant cleaner. It was all tangled up inside of my engine. You can view the photo I’ve posted to see how bad it looked after I took it out. The container was stuck inside, and I’m glad nothing happened to my timing belt. How can you be so reckless? I was not a happy person when realizing this happened. I never did get a phone call to take a satisfaction survey b/​c obviously I was not satisfied. I will have to drive somewhere else to get serviced next time, b/​c who knows what else you will leave in my car if I ever came back again! You don’t even deserve a star, but it had to be selected in order for this review to show.
