Just to clarify, as the owner’s response is not quite accurate. I purchased a «zumba» punch card from the studio, not from living social, which does contain more than 12 visits and the owner agreed to accept the card for all of the classes offered, punching the card once for zumba classes and twice for each pole class as they are a higher valued class, so yes, I do have a very unused punch card. Second, I chose to write a review 6 months later(which is truly irrelevent to the issues I presented) because, after speaking with two friends recently who I referred to pole class many months ago, I learned that they had not received refunds after attempting to contact you and I was extremely disappointed. I never received anything advising me of how to obtain a refund for my card, but that is not to say the owner didn’t provide one as the two individuals who I referred both attempted to do so without success.

I had to dis enroll my daughter from the tutu barre. To me it wasn’t going anywhere, and after speaking with a few other parents I wasn’t the only one with these thoughts. No recitals its basically like an expensive physical education class. Every time I pass by there are different attendees as if no one stays. I also noticed that some of the pictures posted on their website are generic, not from the studio. It’s a NONONO.

I started taking pole classes at the tutu barre and the teacher is amazing and the staff is very nice. They run a lot of really good deals and throw parties! I wait all week until I get to go to my class! The instructor makes the classes so each one is different and is to your skill level. Great place! You don’t have to be a skinny blonde in 6 inch heels to do pole, try it out, you will love it!
