When my delivery showed up 20 minutes early I thought hey! That’s good service! That’s until I took a bite and realized that the pizza was undercooked — seriously super doughy still. And that it wasn’t what I ordered. We had asked for a speciality crust which we were not given. Not a huge deal but define fly not top notch service.

Horrible service!!! They have the most ridiculous policy for online deliveries where they call you after you place an online order! If you miss the call the order is cancelled automatically! So good luck if you are in the bathroom or helping your kids with their homework and miss the call. Waited over and hour before I realized the order was cancelled!!! I’m sticking to dominoes

2^nd time picking up my order and they always seem to fail delivering and when picking up. You suck!!!

Always slow … really slow and bad service. sit in there waiting room they always seem to lose orders. Plus I come 10 min after they tell me to come and still have to wait a half hour just to pick up

Not my favorite pizza place but I must say they have fairly decent deals/​options on the mobile app and it was located near my direction of travel for the day… Staff inside are very friendly and helpful, not sure about the reviews regarding problems with phone calls or deliveries, I have not been privy to this experience. I’m a little more into the slow and steady style of pizza preparation but Pizza Hut is a pretty good bang for the buck.

Really bad customer service over the phone. … they don’t deliver to my house when I’m just a street down smh.

Ridiculous customer service. My wife and i ordered delivery online and before the expected time of delivery, i decided to call and verify the time the driver will get to me. The person i spoke to on the phone sounded rushed and put me on hold for about 5 minutes. As soon as he came back on the line, he told me the driver just came back from a delivery and will deliver my pizza in 5 – 10 minutes. The driver never showed up and there is no answer when i call the store. This is ridiculous and i will NEVER order from this place again.

This is the 2^nd time I order delivery from this place and they don’t show up. They don’t even call to cancel or anything. Never again!!! I wish I wouldn’t have to give a star because they seriously don’t deserve it! WORST PIZZA HUT EVER

If I could give a negative star I would, To start off here’s the back story. I wanted to get pizza and wings for my kids and I, So I order our food online like I normally order. The issue is For the last 5 years I have ordered online or over the phone without showing my card just signing the receipt when the driver gets here. This time the driver showed up 47 minutes after the assigned order time of 12:00pm, and then he says «unless you have your physical card I can’t give you your pizza» I have the card on my phone front and back, My License and 3 other credit cards to prove my Identity and still no pizza!
So I say call your store and let me speak to your manager! I talk to a teenager and she tells me: «Well this is a franchise and this has been in place for the last 3 years.» Umm I know I’m not Retarded but If I have been ordering from the same store and I haven’t had any problems, Why am I having them now?
Well I can have my supervisor call you after his meeting if you’d like? YES PLEASE I’d love to talk to him!
So Francisco calls me back and says with the broken English «I’m Sorry for the miscommunication but it’s our store policy to have id and and the card.» Well i’m sorry to inform you Francisco but It would be one thing if I have never bought from your store but, I have the same way for the last 5 Years and never had this issue. So I think you and your Managerial staff need to go back and look over your policies!
Please give your Owner my phone number and I will be expecting a phone call from him within the next 2 days, Because you and your employees are tarnishing his business image with the crappy business practices.

It’s nice to know that something’s never change but when it comes to poor customer service, pizza hut will never let you down. Got really irritated when they wouldn’t remake my pizza after it’s been in a steamer for a while. Then had me wait 20min for another, it’s a 8min oven with 1min to top the pizza… step ur game up

Every time I order from these people they quote me a time & take WAY longer. Delivery or carry out they are always late! One time I got a delivery & my pizza looked like it had been flipping all over the inside of the box.

I can’t say much bad things about this place, good thing is the pizza is always good customer service is ok, I understand worked for a pizza place back in the day and I understand how fast you have to move to keep up. BUT on thing that got me upset was area Im 2.5 miles from here and I cannot get a pizza delivered it’s out of the area??? but i can’t complain about it since the food is better than other places.

I have been off Pizza Hut for a few years now I have been going to Papa Johns. I thought I would try again because I like the pan crust. I thought I would try some differrnt topping this time, chicken pepperoni and bell peppers. Glad I did it was pretty good.

Oct 3,2013 I like Pizza Hut one of my fav. But this time I was upset my order was 40 min late not only was it late but my wings were cold I had to reheat them myself I will not order from this restaurant any longer.

Worst place ever. We wanted to get pizza with our friends at our new house and I called them to deliver. The guy on the phone was helpful however it took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our pizza. We called 3 different times and they kept giving us the run around with when the driver would be there. I understand it’s Football Sunday but then don’t give us the run around and that it would only take 30 – 45 minutes.

Well I don’t know where to begin I called in my order around 5:35 pm I ordered 2 large pizzas one with half pepperoni and half cheese the second I wanted to try something new so I decided to get there new crazy cheesy crust pizza. With pepperoni and sausage and please let me tell you it was a mess. Store #24 876 address 24 021 Allesandro, Moreno Valley, ca, 92 553. My ticket number was 044. I called in Monday May 13 2013 at 5:35 pm. As I called I was greeted by a C.S.R. Who mentioned everything but the specials I had to ask before I decided to say delivery or carry out. Which I choose delivery I ordered 2 large pizzas one crazy cheese crust pepperoni and sausage pizza and the second was a large with half pepperoni and half cheese. After asking what the delivery time was which I was promised 45 minutes. It was actually an hour. When I finally recieved my food. The both pizzas were warm almost cold like. My second pizza was ok it was sloppy liked thrown in the box not cut evenly. My first pizza was the worst of the worst and please let me describe it for you it wasnt cut properly the toppings were not evenly spread the cheese was cold it was also just thrown in the box. Here’s a picture for your enjoyment. And please note this is exactly how my pizza was delivered. So after calling the store and asking what your store could do about it I was told that I can have another pizza sent out to my home in 1hr and 30 min so I decided to head down to your restaurant. I was greeted by the driver who delivered my pizza not one shift manager or manager spoke to me or apologized. For this mess. I was quoted to wait another 20 min for a new pizza and offered a 5 dollar credit on my next pizza but to tell you the truth would you really come back or re order from this place again. I finally returned home at 7:20 pm and my family was able to finish eating there dinner. I am more then disappointed I am embarrassed. Having worked my way up for Pizza Hut from a delivery driver to shift manager at my store in Los Angeles over 10 years ago I would have never ever let one of my drivers handle a customer like that. I don’t know what type of people you have working there but obviously there are under staffed and don’t care about there quality of service. I think there seriously needs to be an area coach and region coach enter there store and see what’s going on as for now please keep your 5 dollar credit.

Pizza Hut pizza. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but I can rely on it always tasting the same way. The crew at this location is very nice and respectable. I have nothing bad to say.

I love Pizza Hut! Especially when my gf sleeps over my house it’s usually when we’ll go for Pizza Hut. Great service from the people there

The pizza is, well, Pizza Hut… for good or for bad, you know what to expect.
As someone who lived within 25min of Buffalo for decades, I have a soft spot in my heart for chicken wings. Last Wednesday I decided to try Pizza Hut’s Wingstreet wings due to their 50cent per wing deal.
I would prefer to have paid regular price if I knew that they would pack the box half full with the smallest wings collected during the previous week from their special amputated inbred chickens.
