I tend to read the negative reviews probably like most people. On my visit I didn’t experience any of the issues others complained about. The place was quiet and clean. No workers stared at me while I was eating. The host spoke English just fine. And the rude employee that a couple of people mentioned was nowhere to be found. The food itself was quite good. I had the Mongolian BBQ. The ONLY disappointing thing was that they don’t offer shrimp as a meat, but that’s quibbling. However if they ever do add it I would bump the review to five stars. Overall I’m glad I went.

I don’t really get why the same Mongolian BBQ service for supper is three dollars more than for lunch. There are no more ad-ons, and the atmosphere is just as frustrating. This is our first time here, and entering the establishment, we looked like fools trying to figure out if we sat ourselves or else-wise. When an employee approached us, I’m guessing the assumption was that we knew what was happening, because he was just cordial when he asked ‘bar-b-que or Chinese’? We asked for the bbq, and finally figuring out we could sit, the placemats with instructions(great to minimize human interaction) were slapped on the table. Up to the buffet to create our bowls — and it was scraping the bottom of each drum. As a bonus, between TMZ(seriously?) and tunes blasting around, the sounds were a problem on their own. The food is okay(as long as you are okay with mixmatching oils until you find what works) but no one wants to interact, and making sure the bar was filled(or that someone was around to ask about it) did t seem high on the priority list. No idea why this has a 4 star aggregate, when at best it’s a 2.5−3.

The reason for the four stars was because the food was really good but what made the visit extremely pleasant was the guy that waited on us, his name was Chris. He was very friendly, constantly smiling, bright and vibrant. He was very attentive. I will say the visit was pleasant because of him and only him. I was with my husband and three of my children. The owner, she was very stone faced, NEVER smiled and we made eye contact quite a few times. The cooks were okay but the time watching them could have been more pleasant had they smiled a bit or joked or SOMETHING. Chris, you made our night pleasant, THANKYOU! You would make a wonderful restaurant owner, trust me I know. The way you are with customers makes them want to come back. :)

I’ve been here twice. On both occasions the service here was nice! Seated and ordered drinks right away. Friendly to the kids! I miss my Mongolian BBQ place back in Indianapolis so I decided to try this place. Not the same but close second. Suits my Mongolian BBQ craving just fine. Best one in IE so far. Love their Egg drop soup! They serve wontons and sweet and sour sauce with soup. The bar has lots of vegetables for your bowl. Good selection of different meats, like lamb(YES Lawd), steak, chicken etc. And a nice selection of oil and seasonings for your bowl! I always achieve the flavor I’m going for. You can do rice or noodles or both. I really enjoy this place. Try to stop by if you are in MoVal!

I’ve eaten here several times over the years and have always enjoyed the food. I only ever get the lunch special because it’s $ 6 and that takes care of me for lunch and leftovers for dinner. You can select from beef, chicken, pork and lamb, but for an extra $ 2, you can ask the chef to add shrimp to your bowl. I did the $ 9AYCE once but I felt compelled to eat more than one bowl of food and was miserable afterward. This time I went with other people and they ordered the sweet and sour pork lunch special which was a huge portion that also came with fried rice, only $ 5.75. They loved it, so I guess I’ll be back for both the Mongolian BBQ as well as the off the menu items. Far better quality than Panda Express type places since it’s fresh, you get more food and it costs less. After a few less than pleasant dinning experiences elsewhere, it was nice to have some good food at a great price. Do keep in mind that you will have difficulty communicating with the employees as none of them appear to speak English virtually at all, but if you’re coming for the food and can figure out how to fill up a bowl and hand it over to a cook, you should be fine. Actually since I came back for my $ 5.75 Mongolian Beef lunch special which was really good, there was a different person at the register and English was not an issue, so even better.

Oh my wow! This place has a rich taste to the choice of plate you choose to serve youself, it is a great place for friends and family, possibly a date but make sure the lady you take can eat a lot because the price makes up on how much you can stuff your platter with. Go in when you can and be sure you are hungry, so bomb

Still a great deal at a little under 7 bucks with water. I just miss the sesame bread. I love being able to put what I want to eat on my plate and have someone cook it right in front of me.

I much prefer the Mongolian BBQ spot on University in Riverside(even though I’m a starving college student that loves her AYCE). They bring out various appetizers for you which I’m really not a fan of. I feel like they’re kind of stale and they keep putting the ones that aren’t eaten, out to another table. The meat and veggies and whatever and can be comparable to another Mongolian place. What sets a place apart for me is their sauce and sauce combinations. The teriyaki sauce ruins everything for me and the sauce bar is diluted and messy. For less than $ 10 for a meal, it’s alright but you can do better.

I must have made a Booboo on my last review! This place is hands down the best Mongolian Bbq in town! Fresh food with lots to choose from and it’s made to order along with the all you can eat! We’ve ordered off the menu and well and it was great! Service is always great! Friendly and outgoing although sometimes they can be hard to understand but that doesn’t affect the service at all. Come check it out you won’t be sorry!

This place is great! Lunch menu is inexpensive and you get a lot for just $ 6. The food is fresh and hot. The chef comes to offer suggestions if you are unsure of what to order. The orange chicken, beef and peppers, hot wings and riblets are delicious. Needless to say I’m a regular here and have to spend extra time on the stairmaster because of it lol… Please don’t judge me

No one here speaks English other than«Dine or take out?» or «Teriyaki sauce?», so if you’re new to this, you will be frustrated! I came during lunch and my mongolian BBQ was pretty cheap at around ~$ 6. I appreciate how you get egg drop soup and crispy rolled bread… or wontons(?) when you dine in, BUT I am pretty iffy as to how clean everything is though… that seemed sketchy. They don’t really watch if you are cross contaminating. And just something about the restaurant seemed dirty to me. Service is just terrible when there is a language barrier. And the Mongolian BBQ was mediocre. I’ll be going to other spots for my Mongolian BBQ fix.

We came here on a whim. The food was pretty good! The service was simple, not fantastic, but not bad. I wasn’t in love with the egg soup, but I liked the free bread things and the Mongolian BBQ was good! We’ll be back!

The servers are very rude! They stare at you and watch every move you make! Its not like every other Mongolian BBQ where you can eat all you can eat! They monitor everything you do! VERYRUDE customer service! I dont bother coming back!

For the price this is very good Mongolian BBQ, and one of the very few places in my area that serve lamb. If you go in before 3pm, you get the $ 6 lunch special which includes 1 course of Mongolian BBQ, 2 dumplings, 2 fried dumplings, 1 bowl of egg drop soup, and 1 shao bing! After 3pm its all you can eat for $ 10! I tried it and could barely eat two plates! For cheap, quick, tasty Mongolian BBQ in Riverside County, this is it.

My first time here and I’m quite disappointed… The service isn’t horrible and don’t expect anything fancy when you walk in. The egg drop soup is tasty, couldn’t complain about that. The thing that ticked me off the most is that I ordered my food to go. An order of sweet and sour chicken… And they forgot the sweet and sour sauce!!! How am I supposed to eat this!!! And I drove off and happy and excited to eat my food too… So so soooo disappointed. :(

I like how the bar is self-serve and you get to choose your own meat, noodles, veggies, and that you get to concoct your own sauce. You have the option of getting rice with your noodles, which I would recommend because the noodles can get a little salty depending on how you make your sauce. Service is alright and presentation is typical of stir-fried/bbq noodles.

I always think of this place for the all you can eat Mongolian BBQ that’s fresh and at a reasonable price but decided to order off the menu and was very happy at what I discovered. We ordered honey walnut shrimp, fish in black bean sauce, spicy fried chicken wings and the tofu & vegetables with brown sauce to get a sampling of their cooking. Everything tasted excellent! Seasoning was perfectly balanced. Texture was spot on with the freshest ingredients prepared with respect for the food. Love this place. I definitely recommend trying the menu items.
