I have had a terrible time in the past with doctors. It’s rare I feel like a dr listens or cares. But I have to say I have had a good experience every time I go here. The front desk staff is very friendly, down to earth, and relaxed. Dr. Hamra is our ped, he always takes time to listen to our concerns, he is respectful of my decisions as a parent, and he seems open minded. I have had to deal with so many down right rude and disrespectful Drs in the past that going to a medical facility has started to cause anxiety. But never here. I recommend him as a pediatrician.

I absolutely love this office everyone working here has always taken such great care of my daughter. Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to anyone who needs a pediatrician. Really anything associated with Loma Linda children’s hospital is great.

Over my years I’ve had really bad luck with most doctors. I’ve learned not to trust doctors. I’ve met a few amazing, caring doctors here and there, but I’ve met many, many more bad doctors than good. All the doctors, all the nurses and staff, here at LLUPMG are really great! Plus they are not just Pediatric doctors, they treat adults, too!
They genuinely care about all their patients. They listen, actually listen, to you and work with you to find solutions to help you get better that you are comfortable with, not just what ever they think might be easy or right. If you’re not comfortable with a suggested method of treatment or prescription, just let your doctor know and they will work with you to find the right solution. They never blow you off with the excuse I’ve heard far too often, of «It’s all in your head.» They also don’t rush you through your visit and out the door. They really take time with all patients.
I’ve seen them work with special needs patients, too, and they are caring professionals all the way.
I can’t thank Dr Soneji enough for how well he treats me and makes me comfortable.

We drive from Ontario to Moreno Valley to see Dr. Michelle Loh. Our daughter is 3 ½ with special medical needs. Dr. Loh always takes her time to understand what’s going on and thoroughly explains the plan of action. She is a good listener, patient and very smart! We highly recommend this office. The staff is always very friendly too!
