I didn’t know I ordered fries with a side of hair, this is disgusting! You guys need to invest in hair nets. When I called to inform the store, the woman named Arnette stated ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. Your employees need to be retrained and hair nets need to be enforced.

Horrible customer service. The girl at the drive thru window was rude and very unprofessional.

My name is MANUEL UGALDE. I have come to this place lots of times. My family members also use this place. WE ALL HAVE COMPLAINTS against this restaurant because they do not give you what you pay for. THEY ARE ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING in your order. I always have to drive TEN blocks from Morrison and Sagebrush to get what they FAIL to give me. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS SHIT. I never complaint or make a big deal of this but this time I had enough. Today Hortencia the stupid manager would not talk to me because she was busy. I was so upset this time that I yell at them to get some decent F****ing training… that I was sick and tired of their shit… F****ing morrons. I left because I figure out she had no PROFESSIONAL TRAINING in handling customers. Having noticed that, I gave up my quest and told them to give me what they did not give me. Whether its a hamburger, a burrito they always screw up and have to go back there. I do not know if its the fact that they are all women and all they are doing is chismeando that caused this but I swear I will not go there even if its the last thing I do. So, do not go there unless you like the SHITTY service they give.
They do not even deserve a star. I told the employee to tell that inept, manager, good for nothing manager Hortencia that I was going to give her a good feed back and here it is as promises after 12:43 hours from my last visit.

These liars keep telling me their smoothie machine is not working each time I go. This place used to be good, but their customer service has gone down.

For some reason all their food has been sitting there for a long time and it tastes really bad. I don’t understand why it is so hard to make it fresh

The guy that worked there fresh made me a grilled cheese after we spent a minute talking about how good they are, especially when you get a fresh one. He said they were all fresh but I disagreed having had non fresh ones most of the time. Anyway, he made me a fresh one and my mother in law ate it. I’m sure glad she enjoyed it…

Best JIB around… always friendly and fast. Food is always fresh. Can’t say THAT about most of the other locations.
