Atlantic All-Pro Septic Tank Service, Inc

If there was a ‘0’ star I would give it to this company. It’s hard to find good customer service in Carteret County but this place was the bottom of the barrel.
I called TWO WEEKS in advance to have a septic tank pumped. I called three times before I was able to get a call back to confirm the appointment (on the Friday before the Monday they were supposed to come out). The lady confirmed that I was the first appointment on the schedule Monday morning (8am).
Monday morning, 8am rolls by, 9am rolls by, 9:30 I call, I am told that I would get a return call after she spoke with the guy to see where he was at… 10am no call back, 10:30 no call back. 11AM I call to see what is going on… lets keep in mind that I took a day off from work to wait around for these people because they told me I had to be there… she tells me that he is in Morehead and then asks if I’m sure he isn’t there or has been there (insert look of seriously?). I explain that I have been here all day, no call no truck no nothing. I tell her how disappointing I was in the service especially after I had made the effort to call and confirm the business day before… she hung up on me.
11:30, the guy calls, tells me he was sorry he wasn’t there at 10am… wrong time to begin with (miscommunication on Atlantic All Pro) and that he MIGHT get out there by 2−3pm. Might? I explained that I had been trying to find out what was going on while I wasted a day off from work and that they needed to communicate because I was told the wrong time… driver goes ‘shit’ and tells me he is sorry and hangs up.
I guess people don’t want the business? It just amazes me.
