I purchased a bed here and they immediately charged my credit card… its been 3 weeks and they still haven’t shipped the bed. Their Customer Service is unreachable!
Now week 5, extreme difficultly in reaching customer service. As a last resort, I cancelled the order. Now I’m having trouble getting my money back. They have to be doing this intentionally. No company can be this incompetent!
