We had water damage which ruined our beautiful bamboo floor, parts of a wall, closet, and under a carpet. We called Marc Sallin who was recommended by our insurance agent and he made an overwhelming situation manageable. He coordinated all the different aspects of the work involved including demolition, and reconstruction. His comforting personality and attention to all our questions and concerns was more than we could’ve hoped for. No wonder our agent recommended him. I have his number on speed dial!

I wanted to write a review because my husband and I are so impressed. VERY long story short, my husband and I have gone through a year a half full renovation of our home. Along with the renovation we have been plagued with MANY MANY MANY issues of water damage (you wouldn’t even believe me if I told you what happened) but lets put it this way, the servpro guys got to the point of saying «not again» to us… so…it was bad lol.
Anyways, the real hero in this whole situation (besides my husband of course) was Marc Sallin. Although there were some hiccups here and there (which it happens in business) we feel Marc did everything he could to make sure we were happy. You dont work with a lot of companies that have guys like Marc working for them and we feel that should be recognized. Thank you Marc for personally going above and beyond for us. My husband and I have worked with A LOT of people, carpenters, dry wallers, flooring people, painters etc during our renovation, and although we were mostly pleased with everyone we used, Marc was a real stand out.
Thank you Marc and Servpro Moorpark for helping us through this difficult time with all our water damage. Lets hope (and I mean this in the nicest way) that we don’t have to see each other again for a VERY long time. (aka. No more water damage)

What a fantastic company. Had a slab leak which ruined our floors and went into the wall. Their entire crew was so respectful and helped us make the best out of bad situation. They were always on time and followed up several times to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend using them in your time of need.
