Waited over a year for Jack to send my two M15 o2 concentrators, he always responded to my frequent emails that the unit was coming or was being shipped out that day. It’s been over two years since I sent this thief my money. Do a google search for Unlimited Oxygen before going anywhere near them… they are scammers of the first degree and should be ashamed of themselves. Real scum.

Unbelievably poor customer service. The M15 oxygen concentrator I purchased from them never worked correctly and when I sent it back for service in July 2013 they just kept it and, 9 months later, still have not shipped it back to me. Very friendly communication, when you can reach them, but when it comes to actual service, it’s comically bad. I assure you, whatever«sale» price they offer, it is not worth the savings. Spend your money elsewhere.

It first started 6 yrs ago when when put 8M15 to work for our carslile, always needing to replace random parts. The we «up graded» to the hurricane. We bought 4 of these generators in the spring of 2012. I can’t even tell you how many times we’ve had to repair them ourselves. At this point the only original parts are the ones that don’t do any of the actual work. We’ve had issues with compressors, the sieves, and have replaced most of the tubing. The longest we’ve been able to run all four is 2 months at most. The placement of tubing inside the box allows it to rub wholes in itself on the compressor and any other edges they contact. Originally we could pester(with many frequent calls) Jack into sending the replacement parts at standard prices, he even sent an occasional free part. Now(oct 2013) he has refused to continue helping us solve the ongoing problems in a poorly designed generator. We are used to pestering for the parts we need, and have been for the last 6 years, but it seems he is no longer interested in doing business. Apparently it’s a pain to send parts every 2 months for the same 4 machines. Just like it’s a pain to have one crash every other month. Why complain now? Our business has recommended these machines to many of our fellow glass workers, several of whom where given NO additional support. We have become aware that we received some of the best service Jack has to offer, and thats nothing to brag about. Cause all things run out we guess. INSHORT: DONOTBUY from Unlimited Oxygen The generators fail frequently and there is little to no customer support. You might find help at

Ordered a unit on May 20, 2013. Three months went by – I emailed three times asking for a status update; no response. As of August 28, I have had no response from this vendor. I’m now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. :(
